We ordered liempo, calamares, and chopseuy. The liempo has been superb!!! Not the same as the other branches. Your skin is cooked right into a prefect sharp, the fat is slim and flavorful, and the meats is usually tender and savory. The calamares had been ok, not really crispy, unremarkable. The chopseuywas tasty. Service was a little lax - we'd to check out up for service drinking water several times. It had been lastly given when I has been halfway through my dinner (I’m a sluggish eater). There weren’t a lot of patrons that point either. The cup and utensils weren't clean - these were oily.

My children stopped here for lunch time in our from Boracay to return to Bacolod. We had been assisted for car parking by the security safeguard. When i approached the counter to purchase, i was amazed the safeguard was looking forward to me to provide my orders, andwas assisting me to choose, my girl approached me to request a server to completely clean the table that they had chosem, to my shock, when i informed the safeguard, he dropped the purchase sheet and visited the table to completely clean it. The complete time, i was looking forward to the servers to check out me and obtain my order. No-one did. Then following the safeguard cleaned up, he obtained my order. There have been 5 servers in dark clothing uniform eho were occupied ignoring us. There have been only9 tables but just 4 were occupied including ours. And in addition, the guard earned our meals, got all our beverage orders. When i proceeded to go around the cashier to create yet another order, a fellow consumer had delivered a pitcher with her to require water. I was informed by the main one manning the cashier , to hold back for the safeguard, (who in those days i was listening to him blow his whistle to aid a car). Anyway, the meals was great.... it had been simply the aervice and entire attitude of the personnel that has been lousy. I experienced to ensure i gave my suggestion personally to the safeguard whenever we stepped out.
