Ordered the liempo. Expenses 300+ and for just two hungry people, you may still find more than enough leftovers for another food. Just order additional rice! Meat has been juicy and your skin has been crispy. Expect plenty of grease because the fat mainly melted off which means you don't geta large amount of fat.

Among the best tasting and unique display liempo I've tasted up to now the 3 layers of the liempo are usually contrasting textures which compliments with one another crispy skin, buttery simple fat part, and done well meats that easily separates from the bones.. hmmm yummy

We ordered liempo, calamares, and chopseuy. The liempo has been superb!!! Not the same as the other branches. My children stopped here for lunch time in our from Boracay to return to Bacolod. We had been assisted for car parking by the security safeguard. There have been 5 servers in dark clothing uniform eho were occupied ignoring us. There have been only9 tables but just 4 were occupied including ours. And in addition, the guard earned our meals, got all our beverage orders. When i proceeded to go around the cashier to create yet another order, a fellow consumer had delivered a pitcher with her to require water. I was informed by the main one manning the cashier , to hold back for the safeguard, (who in those days i was listening to him blow his whistle to aid a car). Anyway, the meals was great.... it had been simply the aervice and entire attitude of the personnel that has been lousy. I experienced to ensure i gave my suggestion personally to the safeguard whenever we stepped out.
