Tapas and Beer is approximately as effective as it makes on Dipolog's seaside Boulevard. Unfortunately, that isn't excellent. Green kitchen was great when it very first opened with a title chef from Cebu. He still left. It proceeded to go downhill and finally closed. So this can be thebest of a mediocte bunch. Too bad.
