FIrst time to consume at Chang Thai, although I'd seen it advertised in Facebook. Having lived/worked well in Bangkok for 19 yrs, I'm fussy about Thai foods, and my lunch companion, who proved helpful in Chiang Mai for several years, is similarly fussy!! We're usually very disappointedwith Thai food abroad, however Chang Thai didn't disappoint! We started with Thai seafood cakes (Tod Guy Pla), that have been excellent, with an extremely authentic taste and consistency. Main courses had been the Spicy Pomelo Salad (Yam Som-Oh), Yellowish Chicken Curry (Crimson, which we needed wasn't accessible) and Pad Kapow Moo, again with an extremely genuine Holy Basil kick to it. The Poultry Curry was a touch too dried out for my liking, and I would've desired it offered in a more substantial bowl with a bit more sauce. The Pomelo salad had been the highlight of the dinner, and I'd definitely order this once again!

Good location in Cebu, pleasant staff, fresh & radiant decor with a slow paced life. A definite cease on your own travels to Cebu,Phillipines........

Visited Chang Thai about a recent vacation to Cebu. The meals, the atmosphere, the personnel were all so excellent! A must try will be Cecille's Phad Thai and poultry cashew nuts it is the best iv'e acquired in the Philippines.
