3rd stop of our Philippine Tour 2016: Tuguegarao City - Previous: Acuatico within Laiya, Batangas Located in the center of Tuguegarao Town, this place offers smiling faces and the very best Mais con Yelo on earth! I don’t understand if another Goto Kings arethis great, but I certainly recommend this spot to everyone! It had been hot in the town and this location was REFRESHING! Others inside our group loved halo halo and leche flan, ALL DELICIOUS! Other stops during Tuguegarao were El Kapitan Panciteria and a vacation to Anguib Seaside (with reviews). I'm going to from the united states with my wife who's Pinoy. She's family right here and I'm still not really used to numerous the meals. So at Cindy's there is a good mix of both worlds. And for it is rather cold. The air conditioning equipment workswell! Service is fantastic and everyone is excellent. Really worth the visit .
