Amazing food made by Spanish Chef. To take pleasure from the Paella in Dumaguete you shouldn't be in a rush, Paella needs about half an hour to prepare. The Paella that people ate has been meat and veggies, it price 500 peso, is wonderful for 2 individuals. Latino have4 or 5 various paella, one of these with seafood, this is tested next period. The very best Paella I got in Dumaguete up to now. I tried 3 various paellas in boulevard region along with other in downtown, near Lee Plaza but wasnt a genuine Spanish Paella. In Latino lit seems they ready paella with enthusiasm. Baked eggs with Spanish chorizo is a must attempt. Excellent restaurant and great decoration.
