Simply arrived via Ferry and asked for a close by restaurant. Pointed toward common direction and discovered STK. Not just a busy restaurant with several international/tourist inside. I usually search for restaurants that’s filled up with local folks. Entrance area not properly lighted with a number of hazardousholes, uneven terrain and cables strung out. Plenty of bicycle riders sitting in the front smoking. Staff not so attentive and looked pretty tired though it was an early night time. Ordered Lapu Lapu strong fried and Prawns with Tamarind soup. Lapu Lapu is an excellent tasting fish. Looked great with plenty of reddish colored garlic sauce camouflaging the seafood. First bite, pretty dried out and rubbery. I'm a devoted s fishermen therefore i know whenever a fish is new. Exposed the other locations to find a part that wasn’t dry out with no good fortune. I made the large mistake by not really asking to check out the fish before preparing. We well informed the waitress that it wasn't not really acceptable. Excellent selection of fresh regional seafoods..the prices are simply best..and just within the airport terminal vicinity and the big mall KCC..great place near town with usage of both jeepneys and tricycle..

Good choice of clean viand seafoods! Almost all their foods tastes so excellent. Among my favorites dishes here's their kinilaw, the quantity of sour is merely perfect.
