Fine dining ambiance, the welcome departure from the exterior crowds of crisologo st.; Fantastic bagnet, crispy, not fat-laden;servings best for two like advertised, with the signature very salty ilocano bagoong; Fantastic paella, tastes various with a hint of herbs I actually honestly couldn't identify; Average serving time;Employees courteous. Their menu supplies a range: from traditional and well-cherished dishes to fusion bistro favorites. I have already been going right here when budget and period permit. Their conventional Ilokano offerings appear to attended from the owner's loved ones recipe and I've brought friends right here who weresoon hooked to the predominantly vegetable-based meals. There is also pizzas and pastas which have Ilokano twists. Excellent, reliable and remarkably delicious food.

My children with two some other friend-families simply ate here yesterday evening. Most of us had an excellent dinner; perhaps the greatest we've acquired in Vigan since we arrived right here 6 days ago. Actually surprised at the reviews. Possibly the Bigaa supervisors read all of the negativecomments and enhanced. We encountered excellent food like the bagnet-sisig quesadilla (which we ordered two times since it was that great), bagnet kare kare (using its heavy yummy peanut sauce and bagoong), pinakbet with bagnet, and the sinanglao (beef papaitan-like soup), and the bagnet seafood paella. Also the desserts (caramel cheese cake and oreo ice lotion cake) were great. The cool air-conditioning managed to get a great oasis after all of the walking on and around Calle Crisologo. Cost was quite reasonable. Program was also great. The food took just a little much longer than normal, but we did purchase a lot. The clear restrooms inside the resort beside it (because this can be a restaurant of the resort) certainly pleased our urgent nature phone calls. If you're searching for the most common bagnet, empanada, etc. visit the usual hole-in-the-wall dining places (which furthermore serve delectable foods). Bigaa serves not really the usual Vigan meals without diverting an excessive amount of from the initial tastes. Thumbs up for Bigaa! Continue the nice menu and improve even more, if you must.

Once you we enter at the cafè the employees there have been approachable. They're all attentive. The meals are so excellent and delicious. Actually their cakes are usually sooo richly fulfilling. Upon getting into at the door it is possible to odor their freshly brewed espresso. Im certainly be goingback here once again.
