I would have given a 5 if the orders didn't take so long. Sometimes its unbearable when you are hungry. The FOOD is very authentic and spicy so you might want to be moderate about it if you can't take super spicy. If you go once you would surely want to try again. 😉

If you're looking for an authentic indian cuisine, this is the right place to be!Ambiance: 4 place although small is fully air-conditioned. Service: 4.5 they have accommodating staff and doesnt take forever to serve your orders. Food: 5!!! Authentic yet affordable! If it's your first time, youll never go wrong with Chicken Biryani and Fish Tikka Masala. You can customize your food to less spicy, medium or spicy. But Less spicy is already spicyyyyy lol Will definitely go back to try their other menus. although we hope they could open earlier because waiting for 12nn just feels like forever 🙈

I used to like this place very much but now the food quality is gone and there’s a lot of flies everywhere. Before I’d tell them “not spicy” so the food would have less spiciness and now they don’t follow your requests anymore. It’s so disappointing because this place used to be very good. Hope they do something about it.

A great place to have super tasty Indian food at a very affordable price. The place is small but comfortable and full air-conditioned. A very good Indian food joint in Quezon City! Must visit..

Chicken biryani is good, although, it kinda lacks something in flavor. I'm from QC North so whenever I'm craving for indian food, I would go here.

Before anything else, let me say, I only ordered via Honest Bee so I can't say anything about the staff and ambiance of the restaurant. Now as for the food, I ordered the following:1. Aloo Paratha - I used to work in Qatar and as part of our company catering's service, we were exposed to international dishes and this is my favorite Indian bread. Comparing the Aloo Paratha that I was used to, I must say, I really could not find any difference. It tasted absolutely how I remembered it would taste like. I recommend this to people who can tolerate oily food with a little bit of spiciness.2. Hyderabadi Biryani - I have friends from Hyderabad, they cook this dish for me everytime I request for it but they adjust to the level of spiciness that I can tolerate; comparing to what I was used to and Vana's, Vana's has a whole lot of spiciness added in it to the point that I could almost no longer taste the other flavors incorporated in dish. However, that's just my taste palate as my tolerance for spicy food is not that high. I still believe it's close to the authentic Hyderabadi Biryani3. Mutton Biryani - I was kinda disappointed with the mutton, it could have been tastier and more tender but overall, it still is as authentic as other biryani I've tasted made by my Indian friends. The level of spiciness is the same as Hyderabadi Biryani. If you're not into very spicy food, maybe you could request them to adjust the spiciness.I believe the price for each is appropriate.I do recommend Flavours by Vana's especially if you're into exotic or out of the ordinary day to day dishes and I would definitely order again.

I was able to taste 3 items from their menu. Namely:Mutton Biryani - Basmati Rice stirfried with various spices and mutton. Overall tast was really good. If you love spicy food, this one is for you. It wasn't just spicy, it was unbelievably good considering that it was such a huge serving, enough to feed up to 3 persons. You won't get the feeling of "tinipid" because there were plenty of mutton cubes and spices like pepper, capers and cinnamon bark you'd get while eating.5/5Vegetable Raita - dices onions and cucumber in classic yoghurt and chili powder. It was like an indian spin on coleslaw, best to pair it with the biryani. It neutralizes the excessive spiciness of the biryani while giving each mouthful a unique sensation of delightful confusion.4/5Strawberry Lassi - blended sweet yoghurt with strawberry. It's a Strawberry shake without the ice. A bit too heavy for my taste and you'd feel encumbered for the lack of 'fluffiness' you'd want from a dessert drink.2/5
