If you are going to Valencia/Dumaguete and so are in a disposition for a few great food this location is it! I must say i enjoyed their Italian meals! Usually in the Philippines the Italian foods tends to be a little sweet, here the flavor was a lot more to theauthentic type. Well done! I especially enjoyed their pizza and pasta. I got eventually to meet up with the owners (couple) plus they were kind good enough to take me to their kitchen. They explained that they have lately renovated this restaurant (the area includes a quaint spirit). They will have furthermore traveled to Vietnam to analyze Pho and take it to Negros. I attempted their Pho aswell and he was great with more fresh vegetables from the local close by farms! What I has been most amazed was how this few cared about their meals. The costs were also affordable and the staff helpful. Don't miss with this one!

We have been happy because the change in possession of this home and opwning of Neva's Restaurant. They will have a wide selection of menu choices which includes Italian and Filipino meals and will have friendly, attentive, program. We akso benefit from the special ambience of thepatios and outside helping areas. The area seems to be favored by both Filipinos and foreigners. Strongly suggested.

Having enjoyed my eating at Nevas Dumaguete often, I acquired high hopes when I noticed Nevas open within Valencia (my city) in the area vacated simply by Chubby Cheeks restaurant. Overlooking the nicely varied menus I was immediately dissatisfied that the "Curry ChickenSpecial Pizza" isn't on the menus in Valencia. It really is the best dish at the Dumaguete branch. I have already been to the Valencia branch on several occasions and never skip the opportunity to request why Dumaguete will get this item, however, not Valencia (same proprietors, I am aware). The staff responses range between blank stares to basically saying that's not on the menus. I mention that your kitchen has curry poultry (since it is roofed in another meal,) why not just place some on my pizza? "Sorry, sir. We don't possess that accessible." I ask they tell the proprietors that consumer(s?) want to buy, and I get more blank stares in response. (The blank stares should offer you a hint regarding the quality of assistance, BTW.) The restaurant includes a smallish inside dining area, a "front" patio eating region with canopied tables (this is noisy as it is approximately 3 meters from the primary road with VERY noisy motocycles, tricycles, and jeepneys.) But there exists a back lawn region with seating (about 6 or 7 tables), but if it rains, you are likely to obtain wet. No cover up overhead at all. Another drawback to the trunk lawn region is that you talk about the area with mosquitoes. I usually opt for indoor though it isn't air conditioned. They will have adequate fans to help keep it reasonably comfy. On hectic nights, the within dining can fill up, though. Get there earlier, or prevent weekends in order to sit inside. The meals is actually excellent. Predicated on food alone, I'd give this restaurant four or five 5 celebrities. But one unfortuante factor that Nevas appears to have inherited from the prior restauant located there's the poor customer support. The staff (specifically the main one male waiter I notice there constantly) will be curiously unhelpful, unattentive and aloof, although courteous. Get some good real customer support in Nevas also it would rate the 5 superstars.

Visited this restaurant regarding the very first time on Holy Wednesday. We produced our purchase at around 11:30AM however the meals was served just by 12:15. The pizza we purchased for remove was delivered very first while our foods for eating in arrived past due. We wereinformed that there is only 1 cook. We felt harmful to another diners there who got to wait a lot longer than us. Upon transaction, they forgot to provide us among our takeout. The food: The french breads at 10PHP was good The vegetarian pizza was good The seafood pasta was so-so I hope they can enhance their service. Sure it had been Holy Week but regularity is key.

Earlier, I reviewed this restaurant and had an issue with the menu devoid of the pizza served at Neva's Dumaguete restuarant. I wanted the pizza with the curry poultry onto it, and it had not been on the menus in Valencia (at the timethey acquired their authentic menu.) The dog owner responded to my evaluation and said I wanted the "Primavera" pizza that was obtainable in Valencia, too. THEREFORE I looked on-line at their Dumaguete menus and the "Primavera" will certainly have the curry poultry. "Primavera" will not normally put on a dish like Neva's pizza with curry poultry. Originally, the menus in Valencia experienced no explanation of the pizzas as do the menus in Dumaguete. That is corrected, all of the pizzas possess descriptions on the menus and that issue is solved. I really love this particular restaurant (among just 3 in Valencia that I often visit.) I've occasionally had pasta meals here, too. Unusual to state, but they put an excessive amount of sauce on the pastas that I've had. A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF. The pasta obtain drowned and much more sloppy to consume than pasta normally could be. Everyone has their very own criteria on what much sauce will do, or inadequate. When I order once again, I will require fifty percent the sauce. Your outcomes may vary. Sitting "al fresco" provides its charms, but We think it is noisy with jeepneys and trucks moving on the carefully adjacent street, and the trunk area had way too many mosquitoes. Sit inside where there's a fan in fact it is quite comfortable. The restaurant offers small French bread baguettes for 10 pesos each. They're wonderful! Sufficient chewiness to create them authentic. Pizza dough is among the very best in your community. (Never just like the "soda crackers" so several Filipino pizza places make use of.)
