When you're in the latest town in the Philippines, all you have to to do is stay static in an airconditioned space and sip a chilly consume. The Frap Bar is merely the perfect spot to relax and speak to friends while you have nothing else todo :)) They have got a multitude of espresso mixes, smoothies, and desserts. I've currently tried two of these espresso fraps -- hazelnut and mint. Both are usually yummy and refreshing. Price will be relatively similar with additional cafes. I believe they near at 10pm though, a little early for all those nights out.

The area is good, service is good , food is good, i really like their fraps... nice spot to chill around.. with friends

This is a place where one can spend empty afternoon together with your friends or even by yourself. I simply don't value their frappes, they're too fairly sweet for me.

I tried 2 various frappes here within my stay static in Tuguegarao. The Creme Brulee does not have any coffee inside it & really was good.

The Frap Bar has every COLD beverage you need, from Frappe blended beverages, Iced Espresso, and also Milk Tea Quality recipes. Plus it is possible to dine in on the restaurant at Lories. Great mix of Drinks!
