I asked friends from a road visit to Alpas plus they responded so we went. Kim was the main one I talked to via chat and e-mail and both of Kim and Chef Ken had been accommodating with this questions and incredibly patient around. I am to alpas twice. Initial vacation was with a higher school friend. We had been skeptical -- what?? Anywhere near this much for basic Filipino foods? We were so incorrect. Second time, We brought along 2 friends. Convinced them to fly (one from Manila, one from Cebu)to use this amazing location. I had been afraid the carnivores they are, they don't be happy that we'll have for just two 2 days was seafood and veggies. I'm happy I was wrong. Ken creates amazing tastes with basic of ingredients -- preferences and textures you wouldn't want to combine, he gets apart with. I got some very nice ideas for combos to use with my children and husband out of this resto. I'd say the meals is Filipino components done in different ways, but done perfectly.
