I adored everything they offered us - VERY DELICIOUS! VERY AUTHENTIC! The cooking course experience was incredible because Ken actually shared his cooking abilities that he obtained from his huge experiences. My most preferred dish was the new kilawin (seafood ceviche) and the different types of vegetable dishes that occurs with all the current seafood we grilled in the heart of their open cooking area. You can even hear the audio of birds, goats, insects and the waves of the sea in the background constantly! Everything was ideal! Farm to desk at its best!!! Like you Ken Like you Kim!!! Missing both of you!!!

I asked friends from a road visit to Alpas plus they responded so we went. Kim was the main one I talked to via chat and e-mail and both of Kim and Chef Ken had been accommodating with this questions and incredibly patient around. Sadly,I had not been able to match Kim because she has been abroad for a marriage but it’s alright our stay was amazing. This place is really a retreat from the busyness of city lifestyle and life generally where you can gather yourself in the serene look at by the beach associated with the many animals in the house; personally I enjoyed Georgia and Miggy plus Jupiter and the cat posé they’re just lovely, lovely and playful. It is a haven. The employees were excellent and nice to speak to. The meals was great and tasty, beautifully ready and yummy to consume in addition the elements are usually sourced from the island; what struck me will be that chef Ken just uses things that are stated in the island and I'm quite impressed that a few of the substances I think I understand how exactly to use is provided a new taste.
