Since gusto ko magmetime, and gusto ko ng carbonara. Chineck ko tong TBC sa website kung may wifi and carbonara, and meron naman. Inask ko pa yung friend ko kung may wifi talaga at kung masarap ang carbonara. So okay naman. Kaya nagdecide na ko pumunta mga 6pm para tapos na sa ibang gawain hahaha I was so shookt because I was not informed with their new location. 3 years ago ata yung first time ko sa TBC dun malapit sa Jollibee. Di ako masyadong impressed sa milktea and nachos nila that time, kaya siguro di na ko bumalik? Or baka ayaw ko lang makasalubong si ex kaya di na ko sumubok bumalik? Hahaha cheret!Okay.... So pagkababa ko ng jollibee, hinanap ko talaga sya. And tadaah, di ko makita. Haha! Then chineck ko sa website yung maps neto. (THANK YOU website!) ayun nilakad ko nalang since super lapit lang nya. Like mga limang kembot lang andun ka na. 🤣Okay so tama na ang kwento. Magrate na tayo! 😂📍Location: 5/5☑️ Mas tahimik ang kalsada kesa sa dating location nila☑️Madali lang puntahan sa mga malapit sa taytay haha❣️Ambience: 4/5☑️Mas maluwag☑️Mas tahimik pag 10pm onwards kasi konti na tao 😊☑️MAY WIFI!😍❤️☑️MAY OUTLET kaso piling tables lang 😊 Pero pwede na! 🤦🏻‍♀️Mej maingay kasi puno ng mga tao nagchichikahan🤦🏻‍♀️Mainit lang bandang 9pm onwards kasi isang aircon nalang ata nakaopen kasi konti nalang ang tao. Hindi ko alam kung mahina aircon nila or hindi lang ako abot ng aircon. 😅👯‍♀️Service: 4.5/5☑️ Attentive ang mga staff☑️ “Thank you, God bless po!” lagi nilang sinasabi pag may lumalabas ng customers. 💯 Great job sila dito🤦🏻‍♀️Pag nagseserve ng food, laging kailangan pa iremind yung utensils “🥄 🍴” hehe pero okay lang naman. Siguro next time di na ganun hehe.🍴 Food: 4/5☑️Buffalo Wings: 4.5/5Sweet and spicy, may pagkacrunchy yung balat, with sesame seeds. Di ganun kalaki yung manok pero para sa presyo nyang 99, SULIT NA SULIT NA! 👌💖 Add nalang ng 15 for extra rice. 😊 Sarap kanin nila pag mainit pa hehe☑️Carbonara: 4/5Sweeter and creamy, bitin lang sakin dahil fave ko ang carbonara. HAHA Sana mas marami yung serving hehe. Mas gusto ko lang siguro talaga sa carbonara ay creamy and cheesy, pero pwede narin to kahit natatamisan much ako. Haha Sa 90pesos, pwedeng pwede na! Mas masarap pa to kesa sa greenwich! 😅 TRUST ME! ✋🏻☑️Pesto: 2.5/5Di ko bet hehe. Kasi mas lasa mo yung parsley kesa sa pesto sauce, naging parsley pasta sya. 😅 90petot din ito☑️Java Chip Frappe: 2.5/5Hmm, di ko bet yung chocolate chips, and yung coffee/choco based, parang ang “CHIP” ng lasa 😭😅 (u know what I mean hehe) 100 petot ito.I will definitely come back here soon. The Bang Cafe's new site may be smaller than their old location, but I like this one better as it is located in a residential area, not really that far from Taytay's main thoroughfare (which is Rizal Avenue) but a relatively quiet place nevertheless.I had a brunch there. I ordered:Adobong Taytay (₱110) - The locals' take on the (unofficial) national dish. It was a bit sweet unlike the usual adobo. Personally, I prefer the classic adobo but if you're the kind who loves sweet-ish viands, you will also love this dish.Sans Rival (₱125 per slice) - There is not one sans rival cake that I do not like. It was buttery, crumbly and nutty. All good!Peppermint Latte (₱80) - The hint of the peppermint was evident, and it left a minty aftertaste which I liked. I liked the coffee too. Nice balance of milky, strong, and minty. Nice latte art as well. But the servings left me pretty short. ;-)I loved the interiors of the new place; the furnishings are a bit more eclectic. The local expressions (as well as the names of the dishes) in Taytay are painted on the main wall, and you may learn a thing or two about them. I liked the fact that The Bang Cafe is doing its hand in promoting Taytay culture. Plus, its mission to help out-of-school children through their various outreach programs have earned  is the most admirable thing about this cafe. So as a customer, you know you are contributing to something good and noble too.Next time I will come much earlier and have a proper breakfast there. (they also serve affordable all-day breakfast meals as well)
