The cashier at the restaurant was soooo rude. Our orders had been incomplete. We've already finished our meals but no coffee have been offered. Approached her many times...and on the nth period of keep subsequent her up, she hardly bangs the money register many times...andher face expression....sooooo ruudddeee!!! That's not the type of assistance deserved to stay the magnificent host to Martessem!!! Visited November 01, 2019....very disappointed!!!

Nice view however the foods is pricey rather than good. Just purchase the entrance fee to start to see the wonderful view and eat someplace else.

We visited this small holiday resort and restaurant early each morning (3 minutes before 6:00 am, their opening period). Just go directly from Marcos Highway. From SM Masinag, it had been a straightforward and relaxing generate. It required us around 50 minutes to attain theplace. Once you start to see the Sierra Madre Hotel from the left aspect of the highway, Martessem is a few meters from it. The area is presentable with sufficient parking spaces for visitors. The influx of visitors boosts around 7am to 7:30am. So it is far better be there early each morning, to capture beautiful pictures and videos with much less photo bombers. As soon as you're done capturing, it is possible to reserve good chairs for breakfast and consume your hot espresso while enjoying the great 22 deg weather. We never thought i would experience a breathtaking look at of a ocean of clouds somewhere close to Metro Manila. We really had an excellent time there and can definitely go back to this place soon.

Its already 4:30 pm, previous our supposedly 2 pm booking. We travel completely from QC, a three hr drive however when we arrive here, it states CLOSED on the gate. Apparently they shut it for a marriage occasion without informing us! We paidthe reservation couple of weeks ago and this is indeed UNACCEPTABLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! #neveragainmartessem!

We planned to dine here on my mom's birthday celebration, but upon arrival, we were stopped by the safeguard and said we can not enter because there is a wedding event. We inquired right here times ago and said they'll be open up on that very time, and wedon't require a reservation to dine. Even though, we still known as and messaged them several times to verify if they will undoubtedly be open up but those weren't came back. We still went in any case. We felt the necessity to convey our frustration to the employees, and something of them said we can not dine as there is a wedding event, and something of them said we are able to, just in another room. We just didn't proceed, and not keep coming back at all.

Attemptedto dine around 2pm. April 3 2022 Upon getting into we asked the safeguard if we're able to check first the cafe to see if their will be seats and when the menu is well-liked by my children of 13 people, safeguard mentioned that there ispayment of 50 pesos per head by simply getting into the premise and that it will be free if we ate at the area, asked NICELY if he could check initial if seats can be found which he declined and mentioned he cannot check. Coming to the restaurant, place had been chaotic no numbers received to waiting customers no chairs were available, the machine their would be to wait such as VULTURES for a desk, after 10mins of waiting around we got a desk to that your waiter approached us plus said serving period is 45mins to one hour. Upon listening to it we simply opted to get another place since i have am with children hungry sufficient to be "the Hulk" i mentioned concerning the 50pesos transaction per head and also have him waive the said fees since we didn't perform anything at their invest which he coordinated to individuals at their gate and admin office. So when exiting guard understands me so i believed all is great until a manager arrived and said its their plan that people should pay upon getting into the area, take note they placed on a paper period we entered so that they knew that we haven't even spent 20mins within we need to argue using them for 15mins just to allow them to know how crappy their program is. Location is beyond terrible this location must close for retraining, don't get me wrong the area vicinity has possible but when you have bad provider plus bad program that might be a waste of cash for the proprietors and investors TO THE Individual/S MANAGING THE AREA READ THE Testimonials AND PREVENT SLACKING OFF.

My family happen to be this place to go through the place and thrilled to have a great breakfast. The area is in character is great lovely sunrise and you will start to see the cloud. But never even tray the eating place the food is quite cold, servewith plastic along with it as cover so when we request the waiter why they assist COLD Meals IN BREAKFAST! as though we are speaking with a person who don't realize, so we recommended to at the very least warm it in cooker the waiter then obtain the food and obtain back without plastic include still COLD, nanloloko lng kunwari ininit pero hindi pa rin. VERY POOR SERVICE!. I would recommend consider your breakfast from some other resto round the area. DO NOT Move IN MARTESSEM RESTAURANT, AVOID BEING A VICTIM OF Bad SERVICE!

Ordered our meals 12:50, and the meals came at 2:30pm. Kung hindi pa ako nam-stress at nagreklamo, our purchase would never come! Will certainly not come back.
