This place comes with an actual Italian chef owner, so we were really looking towards eat here... Just what a shock, meals tastes atypical to any ordinary local Italian restaurants... Many though are so far better. Pasta pomodoro and amatriciana tasted shop boughtand didn't use fresh components ... Octopus salad used designed stale squid.. Scaloppine tasted just like the utilized Campbell's mushroom soup for the sauce. The meal has been also probably the most expensive types we've experienced in Bacolod plus they couldn't actually give the official receipt. I have a sense the Italian owner isn't a genuine professional chef and will there be for the facial skin value only

It really is indeed a gastronomic enjoyment on each check out at chef carmine's resto. Been a devoted fan of his cooking food since 2011 thru the suggestion of monet lacson. We in no way neglect to visit his location every time we're around! 2 thumbs up!

Person to person got us to use this small and basic joint close to the District at Bacolod. Owned simply by Chef Carmine from Italy you can surmise already the authenticity. Also it didn't disappoint at all... says even my 5y.o. :) We'd the aglio olio,capricciosa pizza with homemade Italian sausage, and the bruschetta. Just 👌. Must try #wheninBacolod.
