It was weekend and the place is packed. We were first seated outside but it was a bit hot so we transffered inside. Upon entering, we realized there was no difference. Still hot inside. It was like there was no air conditioning in their place. I'm not sure if its usual or just that day.Their burger tasted ordinary. It was served warm not hot. The bun is not even fresh. Moving on, they served the burger fast. Their staff was accomodating and was attentive with our needs. Kudos to that staff! We forgot to ask for his name or to look closer to his name plate for special mention here in website. Bottomline, even though we had a bad experience with the food doesn't mean it's the end for Zark's to us. It's the good service that makes customers go back.

chicken burger - regret every bite. chicken was so thin and all you can taste is the bun.four cheese burger - burger king's 4cheese is far better (drop the mic)ultimate cheese burger and bacon wrapped burger - still good since i first had them 4 years agothe place needs overhaul and service is deteriorating

Zark's will always be zark's as they've got good food and a so worth it price. Each burger is a must try including the bottomless drinks. Tip: they have no service charge

Super Fan kami ng Zarks. Marami na kaming branch na napuntahan. This branch is the worst. Hindi kasing linis ng iba. Hindi accommodating ang staff. At for some reasons, longer than the usual wait at tinipid ung jam sa Bacon Jam ko. Nasasabi ko to dahil sa comparison with other branch. Still 2stars para sa burgers.

One again, delicious you never failed me, I’m a burger and fries type of guy and these burgers are insanely addicting. Definitely will be eating here again before I go back home.

Love the food enjoyed it still. Last time we went there, it was hot as hell so we left but it's a good thing you guys already fixed your AC's. Now please work on your customer service skills. I can see the waiter smiling and laughing with his colleagues but when he serves the food and takes in orders he switches to poker face. Is there a portal somewhere? The service was sloppier than the Sloppy J we ordered.

We keep coming back to this place! The price is good and food is yummy 😊 I hope they can add some more options in their menu. My suggestion is try Zark's Ultimate Burger for me this is the right burger for you. 👌🏻 with a nice place at McKinley this food place is a must.

food is great. service. .... you may say Okay. they should add extra waiter to take orders. we were there around 11 then comes 12 service is not good. bottomless drink refill is slow. a pair of custoner left because they were unattended for quite sometime. there was only one server in the area.... poor girl. surely I'll go back ...love the food

Great food, efficient service. Value for money burger place! I always order the Zark's Ultimate Burger with fries and iced tea. 🤤 My Zark's experience keeps getting better and better. They are upgrading and growing. Kudos!

It's payday and my teammates and I agreed that we want to eat something really filling at a very affordable price.So we decided to head over to McKinley Hills at Zark's Burgers to chow down some massive burgers. I ordered the Bacon Wrapped Burger. It was too greasy for my liking since it was deep fried whole with the bun, so I ate everything but the top and bottom bun. It was okay.
