It was weekend and the place is packed. We were first seated outside but it was a bit hot so we transffered inside. Upon entering, we realized there was no difference. Still hot inside. It was like there was no air conditioning in their place. I'm not sure if its usual or just that day.Their burger tasted ordinary. It was served warm not hot. The bun is not even fresh. Moving on, they served the burger fast. Their staff was accomodating and was attentive with our needs. Kudos to that staff! We forgot to ask for his name or to look closer to his name plate for special mention here in website. Bottomline, even though we had a bad experience with the food doesn't mean it's the end for Zark's to us. It's the good service that makes customers go back.

chicken burger - regret every bite. chicken was so thin and all you can taste is the bun.four cheese burger - burger king's 4cheese is far better (drop the mic)ultimate cheese burger and bacon wrapped burger - still good since i first had them 4 years agothe place needs overhaul and service is deteriorating

Zark's will always be zark's as they've got good food and a so worth it price. Each burger is a must try including the bottomless drinks. Tip: they have no service charge
