For the nth time, we visited the place to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The place had deteriorated in terms of the offerings. I literally parked myself at the section where they have the beef just so that I can have them. The staff are still helpful and courteous. There is one thing I'm not so fond of, that is the staff are carrying oil containers which they lavishly pour on the grill. Isn't it supposed to be a grease-less offering? My wife who was the strongest advocate of this resto was kinda disappointed.Well, at least we saved on 2 senior IDs and the birthday celebrant.

I remembered Yakimix Prime was, at the very least, decent during my first visit. I came back to take some photos and prove that Yakimix Prime is worth the price using metrodeal-- I was wrong apparently.Note: Using the metrodeal promo, Yakimix Prime Weekday Lunch rate would now be P503. Do take note you have to do some reservations first before going there. Using the voucher via walk-in would not be allowed. I learned that the hard way. Now, initially, I was excited for the meat solely as I already knew that the food there were below average (or average at most). Got disappointed because there were only a few choices of meat and only one of them was good (the pork belly strip). You'd think I can maximize this, but, no. I literally had to ask the servers to restock it or else they would leave the platter empty. As for the other food, they were really not that good. The nachos and quesadilla were okay, but that's it (my friend loved their Siomai, though). As for the dessert, their saving grace was their ice cream.Oh, also note that their Wagyu Beef is only available during dinners. We also learned that the hard way.Overall, as you have probably gathered, I really didn't enjoy my second Yakimix Prime experience and wouldn't go back for sure. And to think I was convincing my friends that Yakimix Prime is more worth-it than Samgyupsalamat or Romantic Baboy. This is my honest and personal review.

Food selection is pretty good. They even had a takoyaki station last I came here. In terms of taste, I didn't really expect much since eat-all-you-can restos like Yakimix usually serve "okay-but-nothing-special" food. But to name a few top picks, it would be their torched salmon roll and seaweed salad.

Not worth it and not going back. There selections are very few and the food quality is not so good. Alos, there are cockroach crawling on the dining tables.

They had a good assortment of prepared foods. The highlight was the meat you can cook, they were of better quality compared to regular Yakimix and had more choices. They are also open to reservations for big groups. Come prepared, there is always a long line. Best to come early

It was a good place to bond with tour teammates lol. O remember we called yakimix prime prior to our visit and they really catered us right. The food are great. I was so full! From filipino cuisine down to jap, chi, korean, mexican. Argh anything. Worth it!

The interior is great. Very classy! But it is kind of not easily seen since it is on the second floor. For the food, there is not much to offer compared to other buffet especially for the desserts. I love sweets and the only thing I enjoyed was the Chocolate ice cream. The cheesecake disappointed me. Anyway, still don't understand why is it called PRIME when it is just like the other branches.

Yakimix was one of the earlier eat all you can w/ grill buffet that opened. And this branch is supposed to be one of the prime branch.Unfortunately, the best word to describe this is disappointment. It seems that all the other buffets after them already overtook them by quality and affordability. You might see a lot of food choices. Yet, everything feels disappointing. Nothing stood out and the best thing available was average at best. While the ambiance is good and the service is excellent. There are absolutely a lot of better choices than yakimix prime at its price range.

It was suppose to be a birthday treat and our group had high expectations coming in since it was a "prime" version of the regular Yakimix food chain. However, it turned out to be a sad story.Don't get me wrong, the waiters were attentive and lively but the cook staff were really slow and sluggish. The buffet is underwhelming and the food choices were not fit for prime time. Sadly, food especially the tempura which was suppose to be the saving grace was hardly refilled. Sushi section was a bit of a joke too as there was no tuna nor salmon sashimi displayed. I saw the sushi chef and the tempura chef surveying the crowd but there was no urgency on their faces. Instead, it looks to be like they are mocking you to wait as long as you can to get food. Carving section was non-existent and the closest thing they can offer is herbed chicken and lechon kawali which were refilled only once during our 2.5 hour stay.I did not even mind getting desert as I was so frustrated. I just got a pile of raw shrimp and smoked duck breast and proceeded to grill. In my opinion, at this rate of 600+ pesos, it's not worth the money and I'm just being honest.
