Flavor like any Lechon manok with soy sauce seafood hotpot - bad - flavor of inexpensive Chinese Resto type Hot and sour soup- an excessive amount of vinegar but ok. Satay poultry and pork- very poor - no where near satay if you don't call anything on meats on a stay satay. Didn’t enjoy it at all.
