You can.eat anywhere, but there are restos you'd like to go to not.just because of the food but because of their service. Uncle cheffy burgos.circle is that kind of resto. I would usually just walk by this resto and see crew casually talking to guests. Then, there's one time that I sit and people watch that I notice that these people that are.coming to this resto almost on a daily basis. There are about 50% foreigners who keeps coming back, maybe because of the.ambiance or maybe because they are family to the the staff.

The food is worse than mediocre. It looks NOTHING like what's in the menu. The layout makes the whole place very echoey. Add the noisy culture here and the shouting singers upstairs, you'll have a splitting headache by the time you leave.Avoid this place. Last time I'm here

Memphis Pork Ribs is superb! its so tender and soft. Staff is accomodating. I visited here before lunch time along with my colleagues so we can avoid the crowd. Overall food is good they also provided sriracha sauce for those who love their meat super spicy.

I have been here twice and this is the first review for Uncle Cheffy. First was with a close client. She had me go to this restaurant near Forbes Town. Second was with my mom. My all time favorite is their Boneless Bangus. This may sound cliche but their boneless bangus is one of the best in the market. Their employee and staff would welcome you with a smile and would treat you as their family members. It has a second floor but twice that I went here, there is always an event so I havent tried eating upstairs. Just a heads up! :)

My friend, Liza decided to celebrate her birthday here. The biggest draw was the brick oven panizza this place is boasting about. Plus we heard that the steak is unique in here, as to how, that we had to find out.We ordered what the server said were the best sellers. We ordered two of each dish such as:1. Oysters - nicely done and big size too2. Mussels - just ok, nothing special there3. Uncle Cheffy steak (which was grilled and roasted US rib eye with marble potatoes and salad) - it wasn't unique as what we were told but it certainly was roasted then probably grilled for a bit to sear the outside. Just glad it came out right and not overly done :) 4. Memphis Barbeque US beef ribs - there was more bone than meat, and it was a bit hard.5. Two kinds/flavours of their panizza - it comes with aragula and diced tomatoes and some leaves that I didn't recognize. Just for the record, they didn't pioneer the rolled panizza but chef Chris of My Kitchen did as far as I know. 6. Pasta - I didn't get to try7. Grilled Prawn and Pomelo salad - this was good, the prawns were done properly and the pomelo were sweet and succulent. special Thai rice (I think) - good quality of rice use. We should have ordered plain rice to balance the taste of all the main dishes we ordered, as it was, this rice plus any of the viand was too much.8. Roasted Chicken - this was overly roasted that the first layer or part was dry and hard. I thought they grilled it.

We came here on a Thursday evening and it was quite empty. Amongst us, we ordered 2 pasta dishes and 1 pizza dish. The pizza was very greasy and not really to my taste as it seemed slightly undercooked. The pasta dishes were slightly cold and not that special. Overall, service was prompt and ok. I think this is the kind of place I would return to if I were very hungry and looking for somewhere to eat that's close by.

Event Post: Uncle Cheffy Unlimited Chicken and Pork Cracklings Food Review at Venice Piazza (August 8, 2015). Aldous Calubad, an esteemed food blogger and well-connected PR person, invited me to try out one of the restaurant offerings at the semi-clandestine Venice Piazza, Bonifacio Global City. The area is a quaint mall owned by Megaworld Properties Inc. The logistical difficulty of getting to the place was remedied by the sumptuous serving of food given to us by Uncle Cheffy, a restaurant that mainly serves Italian fare such as pizza and pasta.

..we saw their promo of 199php for an unlimited chicken and calamari so this was were my friend treated us for lunch a couple of months back (super late post, haha!) the picture presented the viand of chicken (roasted and fried) and calamari in separate plates so we thought that would be same when we were to eat it so we got three orders 1st, but we were deceived. it was a plated unlimited meal (w/ single serve ice tea) quadrant 1 was the roasted chicken, quadrant 2 was the freid chicken, quadrant 3 was the calamari and lastly was the rice. for 199php it was a full plate but because we could not finish it off and we had to pay extra, sad part is we could not take it out. oh well! policies are policies but i feel they were still in the wrong for not being proactively specific of their promotion.

Ordered their All Day Breakfast Tapa. It was too sour to my liking. Their servers are super prompt and pro-active. Noticing that I did not finished my meal he came out to asked if anything was wrong with it. 5 star for that. All in all, their menu is reasonably priced. Won't be blacklisting this outlet. Will give it another try next time with other dishes.
