Ordered the prosciutto and arugula pizza and you can tell by that photo alone that it was the saddest pizza of my life. Very dry and flour-y dough. I'm pretty sure that was not prosciutto and it was so bland, not seasoned at all. The torch signature roll (no photo of it) was decent. Serving size makes up for the price. Except the mayo tasted weird, we had to take it off. Pricey food for the quality, place looks old. Will probably not dine here again.

Terrific service, the menu gives you choices you that aren’t commonly combined. Ambience is nice and the music is also nice. I appreciate the full bar which also gives you yet another choice of drinks if ever you wanna chill.

Their fried pasta is my favorite! I kept on asking for a refill 🤣 didn’t like their shrimp pizza, there’s something unusual with the dough. Food was so-so, just okay. Fruit panacotta is good, though. I’ll be back to have more fried pasta. 😄

I had fun eating here. I love the complimentary spaghetti crisps, the saltiness is just right and it's fun to chomp on those nibblers.The clam aglio olio is OK, al dente noodles but I suggest you choose another kind of pasta.The U.S Angus Tenderloin Salpicao Medallion is a bang for your buck. It may look small but it really is fiiling. It is served on a stone plate where you can customize the 'doneness' of your steak.

Great food and good wines on the menu. Visited here twice and is fantastic. Nice place to chill with friends. They got friendly and helpful staff which is always what I'm looking for.

First time to try out Torch. Experience was real good! Waiter was accommodating. Food was delicious. Nuff said. Since we were a big group, I really appreciate that they gave us a private room.

Ambience is typical Filipino hangout for food and drinks. Servers are really friendly. Everything is really affordable. Could be noisy at times. Philly cheesesteak pizza is very good.
