Tony Roma has been an incredible fixture in terms of FOOD! RIBS to be particular. What sets it apart from the usual rib place is that they offer service and of course varieties. The sauce in itself is wonderful. The meat is flavorful and fall off the bones. Other dishes are there to make your tummy full but needless to say it is the ribs that makes your visit worthwhile. I love how I could eat with my fingers and not be judged. Their BGC resto is quite big and has different function rooms for every occasion. Also, when planning a party, they could work with any budget. Would you believe that a kids party could have a budget of as low as 5,500 php.. Cool. Will I be back? Definitely. A little pricey but worth it.more at foodinthebag.com

We ordered the Roma Feast, and so far it the best rib in town! I like how it was grilled, the tenderness and the juiciness of the rib was perfect, the bbq sauce that savors the meat made it more distinct. The waiter who served us was very accommodating. The place is kinda like relaxing/romantic ambience. A bit expensive but you'll definitely enjoy the food.

Rib Steaks are flavourful and literally falls off the bone. Tony Roma's is clearly one of the best go to for authentic rib steaks. The big serving of steaks is enough to make you feel really full. Waiters are very attentive and accomodating. A must try when you are in BGC!

Although this branch of Tony Roma's is located off the beaten path of The Fort Strip (which is somewhat off the beaten path of Bonifacio High Street), it provides the same consistent quality that can be expected from any Tony Roma's branch. However, this is of course under the assumption that you are willing to pay the standard higher prices for the food. Thanks to a few coupons that my party had acquired, we decided to go to Tony Roma's at The Fort Strip one evening when we were craving for some ribs. The restaurant, as mentioned earlier, is located "off the beaten path which is itself off the beaten road". Passing by a few other restaurants in the area, this side of The Fort Strip needs more people. Tony Roma's isn't totally empty, but it can hold a whole lot more people. It's designed in the same way as many other similar restaurants with bar, booths and tables. We ordered the Half Onion Loaf and the Full Original Baby Back Ribs with coleslaw and ranch-style beans. The Half Onion Loaf was good although good in smaller doses. The half loaf can be overwhelming for just two people. However, the way the onions are coated and then fried are good (although the dipping sauce they provided was not enough for the amount and so we had to ask for more). The baby back ribs were excellent, as usual, although I would expect nothing less considering that is what I associate with Tony Roma's. As usual, the ribs could be bigger, but at least there were a lot when we ordered the full rack. While the coleslaw was about average, or maybe slightly better than average, the beans are also excellent (as long as you like your beans somewhat sweeter). Putting this all together, Tony Roma's at The Fort Strip is good and meets the expectations you may have had from previous visits or at other branches. The food is of excellent quality and taste and it definitely makes one feel satisfied. It is located away from the main crowds which is good for private functions and a more quiet environment, but not so good when looking for crowds and more social environments. Unfortunately, it's very hard to justify the high prices unless you have coupons or someone else was treating. From this reviewer's perspective, Tony Roma's is best saved for those once-in-awhile occasions and when there is a specific craving (perhaps for the baby back ribs). Unless they start upping the sizes of their dishes and giving more bang for the buck, I will probably not be going back to Tony Roma's 'on a whim' but based on food quality and environment alone, I will give it a 4.0.
