This is the worst branch I've ever been. Me and my friends came in and waited for a long line to get a very poor service from the staff. Since we are a group of 3, we ordered a sumo meal for 2 and one solo meal upgraded to combo. Since I always order the sumo meal for 2 when I go to tokyo tokyo, i know how it tastes. I requested to set aside the sauce of the chicken because it's too sweet for me. We waited for too long to get this request approved. And here comes the manager, she was writing something beside the cashier. So the second order goes, the solo meal comes with a drink and one side. The cashier asked us, which side do you want, maki or soup? My friend chose soup. To our surprise, here's a follow up question, what dessert do you want? We we're like, is that an additional or for free? Who knows right? My friend and I were like, really is that included? And the manager was like, one side maam, with a sarcastic face. What the?! Where do you see that? If we can read that on your menu why would we ask? And here's another thing. I went back to the cashier to buy one seafood ramen. The cashier was like, okay got your order, lease wait for it. And I was like, miss that's to go. And she was like, confused state of mind but at the same time pissed. I suppose she is pissed off on her self because she was not able to ask me if it's for here or to go, she just assumed that since I am dining, everything I order will be for here. Very basic question of all fastfood chains, maam sir, take out or dine in? Wag assumera te! But then again, I don't wanna argue with such people. I'll just give them a review in website! Lol

Just tried to add this dessert for the first time. It was really good. It was a Valentine special dessert. 😂Cute and appetizing. I wish they could add more chocolate kisses to add flavor. It tasted like special Filipino halo halo though. 😂Re branch's place and service, just the same as other Tokyo Tokyo branches I visited.

This place is different from your typical Tokyo Tokyo. I love how they serve cronuts and other pastries! It's definitely more high end than other Tokyo Tokyo branches. The gyoza they have is so tiny. The lady behind the register was always smiling at me and I don't know about you but I like it when staff are super friendly. A good place to eat when you want Japanese fast food.

This is not the first time na kumain kami dito. Since katabi siya ng office namin, so minsan lalo na pag sweldo kumakain kami dito. Siympre masarap kaya nga bumabalik balik kami. This incident happened today 12.29.2016 during lunch break. Lunc kung tawagin kasi GY kami. Siyempre buhay call center. Ganun. Natiis namin ang maglakad ng malayo kasi nga sarado pa entrance ng venice malapit sa office namin. So lakad ng malayo. Struggle is real sabi nga nila. Pagdating namin duna, oder na kami. Expect mo gutom kami. Inorder ko ay beef donburi tapos yakisoba. medyo matagal dumating ang mga orders namin kasi isa lang ang nag seserve aang daming tao paikot ikot si ate. So dumating. Mga naka 4 na subo na ata ako may nakita akong isang maliit na salagubang ata or ipis ewan ko pero insekto siya sa gitna na bowl. Medyo na shock ako kasi naka 4 na subo na nga ako panu kung poisonous yun e d maya maya patay na ako. DBA!? Tinawag ko si ate na paikot ikot. Kinuha niya yung bowl. Medyo di na kami nag uusap usap ng mga kasama ko kasi nga badtrip na ako. Nasira na appetite ko. So panu na? DBA? Maya maya bumalik si ate. May dalang bowl. Nilagay sa table. So ang ibig niyang sabihin papalitan lang niya ang pagkain ko. So nasaan ang manager? Tapos tinawag ko ulet si ate. Medyo nasigawan ko siya per sabi ko sa kanya i refund nila pera ko. Nag sorry naman ako sa kanya. Kinuha niya resebo ko. Yun na nga nag refund. May hinahanap akong tao eh. Nasaan Yung manager nila ni hindi manlang nila ako nilapitan?! o dba. Buti nanalang nakuha ko name mo manager ka pala ha wala sa ugali mo. Ms. Jenny Dela cruz ata pangalan niya. Ate di bagay sau ang posisyon mo.  alagaan niyo mga costumer niyo. Di na ako babalik jan. Salamat.

Ramen is not that good although Karaage was so delicious!!! Its super crunchy!!! You should also try their red iced tea, that's their signature drink (I guess).

As much as I'd like to give a positive review, all I can say is that the food is good. Customer service...not so much. Terrible, honestly.Good location, OK ambience, wonderful view. If you can settle on how they serve customers, go for it. I would not recommend it to any of those with short of patience.

Good japanese fast food. Quick fix tailor fit for filipino taste buds, not actually authentic but all good. Service is good but ventilation is really bad. Smells mold and gray water. #epicuRon

Service here is not good and the taste of the food are bland. I have to give credits for the generous amount of serving though but I can't appreciate it unless the taste is good.

The only concern of the customers here is the waiting time. As I have eaten here several times, I noticed that they only have a few people working at night time since they became 24 hrs. The service may be delayed but as far as the taste is concern, they still remain the same. So my friends and I had the usual classic sumo meal which is good for 2. You can choose 2 from a variety of sides plus 2 iced tea and unli rice. My personal choice would be the beef misono and fried chicken karaage. 4/5 would be my rating because they have huge servings always. We tried the California Maki as well. It lacked flavor and texture so I'd give 3/5. I would not buy this again for sure if this is their standard Cali Maki. I also ordered the classic Spicy Chicken Ramen. I am giving 3/5. Looks enticing but the soup is not that spicy. A little bit salty overpowering the overall flavor. Good thing the red ice tea is there to balance it out along with the mango panacotta.Service is slow, Price is quite reasonable, Food is okay!
