tokyo2 net lima is one of our favorite go to place whenever our team goes for lunch or dinner because this is one of the budget restos around bgc and near high street that is really budget friendly and will surely make you full, we like their sumo and bento meals and almost all of their classic food from the tonkatsu, misono, karage, etc. if you're around bgc and is on budget, tokyo2 net lima is well recommended ^___^

Tokyo Tokyo is a good go-to Japanese resto because it offers Japanese food at affordable prices.I always order their Honey Chicken Teriyaki from the Emperor Meals. It's served with sautéed veggies (cabbage and carrots) which compliments the teriyaki's sweetness.

Not my first choice for a Japanese restaurant, but since this was the most cost efficient, nearest place to eat at, my friends and I had dinner here. We ordered 2 sets of the sumo meal--1 set costs PHP150. We got to choose 2 types of viand among beef misono, pork tonkatsu, fried chicken karaage, prawn & veggie tempura, and honey chicken teriyaki. The set also included red tea, fried vegetable side dish and 2 cups of rice. They served unli-rice so this is sulit for rice-loving people out there. My sumo-meal-mate and I chose the tempura and the beef. It was greasy beyond belief. The tempura was more breading than actual shrimp and the beef was more fat than meat. Still, all good. We got what we paid for, basically. Still in the quest of discovering places in BGC that offer good food and service without necessarily depleting our budget 😊

I eat here quite regularly and the food is great, especially their ramen selection. I especially love the spicy ones. I've tried almost everything they have to offer, if not everything, and I think their spicy ramens and the Beef Misono are the most delicious. The place even though it has a lot of tables is always jam packed, especially at lunchtime. People try to eat inside as much as they can because honestly eating outside is a pretty hot experience due to the humidity. The staff are polite even though it seems they occasionally ignore your calls, it's probably just because the place is full, they are understaffed and the rice is still cooking. Overall, a reliable place to get your stomach full.

Celebrated #NationalTempuraDay last Jan. 7, promo is get additional order of tempura for P25 each rather than P50. Got the normal order of sumo meals. Plus the 4pcs. tempura add-on. And totally not bad! Noticed that all tables actually got it as additional order. Imagine, 4pcs. of tempura for only P100.

We went to Tokyo Tokyo in BGC a month ago and I ordered the large chicken katsu. The taste was ok but the meat was hard. Husband ordered tempura and it was overcooked. Service is slow and crew and manager unattentive. Good thing the salted caramel dessert saved the day! It was awesome I would be willing to go back to Tokyo Tokyo just for that. Perfect salted caramel shaved ice with whip cream on top. Yummy!

I tried their Premium Tempura Donburi and was extremely disappointed. There were A LOT of rice, but only 2 pieces of tempura with outrageous amount of breading. They added huge breaded onion rings and thinly sliced potatoes to make the bowl look full. The sauce tasted very artificial and too salty.
