I will never order Ramen from Tokyo-tokyo again. The only thibg I liked was the serving size, everything else was not so good. The ramen has a very bland soup, the pork is very thin and very sweet. It has too many cabbage andthe noodles are overcooked.

As a Pickiest Eater, my plate is usually filled with either pork, beef, or chicken (and maybe after that, some more pork hehe), and occasionally some noodle dish. Whenever I hear “Seafood”, the first thing that comes to my mind is the old joke, “When I see food, I eat it!”. Admittedly, the scope of my seafood choices are limited to fish and the occasional Shrimp Tempura. But that’s just me. My wife on the other hand, get cravings for seafood every now and then, With Shrimp and salmon usually on the top of her list. I was stoked to find out that Tokyo Tokyo added more Seafood dishes to their menu, because that meant delicious seafood at affordable prices! Tokyo Tokyo always finds exciting new ways to innovate their menu, constantly keeping the menu fresh for their beloved customers. Recently I got to try the new Tokyo Tokyo menu, and I was in for a pleasant surprise because the quality far beyond something you would expect from a fast food restaurant!

One of my favorite restaurant since I was in college, because they also serve unlimited per meal you pick. Yummy Bento meals :)  order and they will freshly cook it for you. This branch is very good, cleanliness and approachable staffs. Will definitely get back here #payday

Bumili ako kanina nag beef teriyaki maki tska rice bowl nila.. sabi ko sa cashier babalikan ko, then after yun binalikan ko yung mismo pa manger nag bigay saken pero kulang, wala yung beef teriyaki maki ko. sobra nakakadisappoint kayo tokyo tokyo market market. balik niyo 130 ko!

I am giving this restaurant 4 stars because of the  speed of the service. Maybe I came here during rush hours or lunch time and that would really affect the service pace. The food were not 100% Japanese (taste and quality) so I would say it is just fair comparing with the price. Some dishes are bit pricey comparing to the judgment of my taste buds. Sushi 4/5, Pork Tonkatsu is my overall favorite and the other Bento meals, and the "babalik-balikan drink" would be the red iced tea. Tables are too close from each other so everyone needs to be careful of their personal belongings, [ well the fact that this is fastfood]. Crowd and ambiance 3/5. If you would like to try Japanese food for the first time [ budget friendly ] and with more "Filipino feeling" I would suggest Tokyo Tokyo.

It was not a peak hour when I visited this branch so the overall service is fast. Line queuing and waiting time can get really long if you happen to chance by their lunch/dinner times. For a 160php merienda-sized Black Garlic Ramen, I guess it is not too bad. I somehow appreciate the not so too thick/rich broth compared to those high end ramen restos. The noodles just have the right bite. The chashu, egg and nori are just right. No additional condiments tho so I hope they add sesame and chili oil/powder.

I have no doubt when it comes to the food that is being serve here. Actually, tokyo tokyo is also a great choice. So many options to choose from. The only reason I gave 2 as my final rating because of the broken number stand.

Our order was taken at 8:05pm but it was served 8:40pm all because our order was left unnoticed by their kitchen crew. Even the drinks were not given prior toorder itself. It really ruined our good time. I hope they gave us time expectations. I still love their Beef Misono and Beef Yakiniku.

So here we are again with another Tokyo Tokyo branch, this time in Market! Market! at Bonifacio Global City or BGC. This time we’d like to try the take-out experience as well as observe those that are dining in. We actually ordered the same thing from another branch, the Wagyu Beek and Chicken Teriyaki. So we’ll focus on our observations first about the place.

I actually havent had Tokyo Tokyo for a long time so today I decided to try their wagyu rice meals with tempura miso soup, jelly, and ice tea. It took around 20 min for my food to come so that wasn’t a good thing since I think they are more of a fast food restaurant. The miso soup was okay, the tempura wasnt crispy the batter was too thick and they topped it with this sickly sweet sauce that was not a good addition to the wagyu rice. The wagyu rice was basically a bit of soy sauce, small bits of carrot and ground beef. You couldnt even taste the beef it was bland no umami whatsoever. Really disappointing. This branch can be cleaner to be honest and it is always filled up with people. I also don’t like the fact the server just put the tray on our table and served the others tables without asking permission, this was quite rude.
