Pros:1. the ambience/atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing.2. the interior design is beautiful and minimalistic.3. the ingredients are listed for all the menu items.4. there is a very wide selection on the menu.5. the grass-fed burger and fries are amazing. Incredibly tasteful and filling.6. Jared (if i remember well) was (at first) very polite, attentive, and quick.Cons:1. the ketchup is too liquid and too sweet.2-3. Jared turned out to be very rude and unprofessional when me and my partner told him that the pizza margarita (which should be margherita) was tasteless, had no salt, and that the sauce was practically non existing, and that the mozzarella had a weird taste and did not taste at all like mozzarella. He said it was a MIXTURE OF EMMENTAL AND MOZZARELLA, and when I asked why and pointed out that in the menu the ingredients were (as it should be) just tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, his eyes opened wide as if shocked or furious, he grabbed aggressively the menu and started flipping through the pages. When he realized I was not making it up, he said it was a TYPO, and that the mixture is the standard they use for ALL their pizzas. We were just giving an advice since we are from Italy, and we did not neither freak out nor raise our voices. We did not even ask him to replace it or remove it from the bill.4. The yogurt panna cotta and the creme brulee were fine but nothing special, but they are not marketing amazing desserts, so it is ok.5. Their closing time is at 11PM. By 10.30PM we were finishing our desserts, but they already began cleaning and putting the chairs upside down on the tables. It was rude and felt as if they wanted us to hurry up.We would still dine at The Wholesome Table because the food is really good, but most probably, in other branches.

I've been funemployed for a few months now, so I go to Wholesome Table at least three times/week for coffee or arvo tea. I love that they have non-dairy options and they're also very accommodating to your dietary needs or in my case, just outright being picky.I also love that most of their ingredients are farm-to-table. I've been trying to source my food at home directly from farmers to cut my GHG emissions while supporting local farmers, so this is a big plus for me.
