Had a quick snack here at The Sandwich Guy. I always go for their healthy sandwiches and my fave would be the Asian Tofu for 85 Php. The tofu is marinated in bbq sauce with onions and lite mayo. I would also suggest the premium sandwiches and the potato balls if ever you wanted a more savory snack. Quite affordable since the price range are below 100 Php for all items.

October 5, 2017A late night pang of hunger brought us to the reliable sandwich place aptly named The Sandwich Guy. We were in the mood for some sandwich and pasta so we had Bacon & Egg Sandwich (whole) (Php99) and Creamy Carbonara (whole) (Php75). The sandwich was okay, the pasta was unremarkable. Still, a good enough pairing for an after midnight snack.

This food stall is great if they can trim down their price a bit. They offered half or whole orders on their pasta and sandwiches but some of them are too pricey or the serving itself isn't matched with its price. But I love their cheesy bacon potato balls so much I kept on ordering them for take out. Their pastas are okay but if you're the type that wants a bigger serving this isn't for you. Their sandwiches are okay too. I'm glad they've changed their bread because before you'll have a hard time to chew them because it's overly toasted now it's just right. Though their serving size were drastically reduced.PS: I hope this branch will check thoroughly their veggies to avoid incidence of vegetable maggots crawling on their sandwich. I didn't have a first hand experience on that but I saw a related post on Social Media. Please take it seriously. I know I have nothing to worry as it might be an isolated case. Still posting to alert the management. 🙏I'm still a loyal customer don't worry as I can't resist your cheesy bacon potato balls!!! 😂

The fix on sandwich in this stall is good. I usually order the country tuna sandwich. What's good about the sandwich is that they can sell you half if you're not that hungry or you can't finish the diamond loaf.

Great if your on a budget and trying not eat anything unhealthy, pretty good sandwiches. Must try: HBLT, chicken Cesar and creamy carbonara.

Italian Style and HBLT are my fix. They are really good. I can't say the same with their carbonara, though. Hopefully you'll transfer to a more suitable place here or better yet have a branch near Venice Piazza as it is such a hassle to dine in there.

Affordable price and tasty sandwiches, pasta and sides. HBLT and Tommy Boy FTW. However, I do not recommend their delivery service. Minimum for delivery is P800. Wow.

Probably the only place that serves tofu sandwich at such an affordable price. Tastes good as well. There was a time when their tofu sandwhich was all I'd eat for breakfast--I'd pass by their stall every morning before work or call ahead and then pick my order up. They also serve pasta and other side dishes worth checking out. Quick service, good and affordable sandwiches.

I only ever order here if I feel like having a sandwich on beef overload, but as with other Sandwich Guy branches the quality of the sandwich is inconsistent. Sometimes the hexagonal slices of bread are not toasty enough - I like them crispy and warm - and it seems that they only grill it long enough to get the grill marks. The vegetables in their sandwiches are also sometimes limp and spiritless. Maybe a vegetable chiller would be a good investment.
