Following an event which we attended at Revel at The Palace, we decided to chill at The Palace Pool Club before heading home. Since it was a Tuesday night, we, among maybe 30 people were at the pool club. The Palace was technically ours.Despite being open for several months, it was my first time to visit. It felt like I was in Vegas, at the most prime pool club of a really expensive hotel. This is such a well thought of clubbing experience. Kudos to the best party peeps behind this concept.Though it's open air in all areas of the pool club, only a handful of areas, specifically those with trash bin, are the designated smoking areas. The glasses, unlike most bars, are plastic too. I guess the rationale is that drunk people tend to drop their glasses.I have quite an issue with the size of my glass. I understand JD Coke comes in a rum glass, but my first drink felt like half a cup and my next order was a tad bigger.Shower rooms for men and woman are provided. I'd say if the club was full, getting a shower room would probably be a challenge since it was only a handful. And as I was told, some people really do swim. Haha.

12062015 - First Time VisitWe visited this place for our company's yearly year end party. It's an open space with cute beach couches and benches. I haven't tried the pool, but I'm actually looking forward in checking in here again for the pool. Lol. They only offer finger foods and liquor so don't expect any lingering rice meals to offer. If you wish to go here, fill your stomach enough because if you get hungry well you can't eat heavy ones you might end up eating at KFC or 7/11 just like we did last night because we're looking for a heavy ones and the location of the Palace Pool is quite far from those other establishments, we've walk from wide car park and cross next street to get to KFC. Our company opened the bar and any drink can be served to you. I don't drink alcohol now so I'm good with soft drinks lol. Their VIP is cool too, enough space for group of 7-10 maybe, has a good and neat comfort room, their attendants are well- accommodating and has pretty faces lol. Well, lot's of dancing and laughter happened last night and I'd enjoy there, mostly the ambiance of the place, not too crowded, it's an open space you won't have to worry getting suffocated with all the smell of the burning lungs of your officemates lol no offence to any smokers there, however that's a great place to go with if you're a non smoker person and. You have to deal with these kinds of event.

Given at this time of age, I usually don't go clubbing anymore except when I have friends and/or relatives that are visiting and wants to party. Though admittingly, I've been to The Palace several times already including its soft and grand openings. Don't judge, but I'm friends with many PR & marketing peeps from various agencies (and corporate companies) that's why I always get invites almost every weekend. This night was different though. Out with my foster sisters from Davao, there's no other place to bring them for a night out but BGC's most hip night scene. Gone are days when you see us partying & dancing from night 'till dawn, or so I thought. One of my sisters commented that she was reminded of the clubbing scene in Miami back in 2011 where we all got drunk and partied like there's no tomorrow. Yep, feels so much like it apparently. I love, love, love the cocktails especially this one particular drink - Hula Skirt. Fruity, tangy, citrusy and alcoholic. Very classy and sophisticated yet playful & young as well.If you're liking for internationally-acclaimed DJ's, superb luxe clubbing vibe, and laidback comfort of sandals over stilletos, then the Palace Pool Club is the ultimate place for you!

Really, really bad place to have an office party. We booked for happy hour on a Thursday and the preparation was just plain unpleasant. They wouldn't let us order food in advance and the host we spoke to on the phone was very arrogant. I asked if we could request food prep since we were a group of 50, she responded that no they require a minimum spend of 250k before u can request that. Um... Our event is super early (6pm happy hour) when no one else is at the venue and they couldn't try to be more accommodating. On the day itself, an hour before the event, they inform us that we needed a guest list, else we had to pay extra 1k cover per person entering before 7pm. How the f do u not mention this when we made the reservation and hassle the organizers an hour before everyone was scheduled to arrive? Then once we were there already, they asked that 40k needed to be paid in advance before anyone could order anything. Again, this should have been mentioned at the time we made the reservation so the person paying planned to be there before anyone arrived. And why on earth do I need pay before even ordering?! All this should have been settled when we made the booking more than a week prior or at least mentioned in one of the several follow up calls before the event. I truly felt discriminated like we weren't good enough to hang out at their posh bar even though we were paying for their overpriced drinks and food just like everyone else.Such a horrible customer service encounter that I'm never going back here.

The beef and chicken dishes were basically delectable while their pasta dish tasted bland. Anyway, I didn't came here to have a fine dine, but rather to have my Jack Daniel's-soda drink and party! Great ambiance for some outdoor side pool gimmick with friends. Great music too that can make you stomp and groove like crazy! Nice staff. If you wanna party, thisbis the place.

Ibiza Feels. It's Lit af. The drinks are the best. They hold great events it's my fave place next to Valkyrie. The best part being a college students is we're free to go there every Thursday. Drinks on them. Your must try people.

High-end clubbing at it's finest. If you want to really get drunk, this place is not for you if you have a limited budget but if you're down for partying and socializing, this is the place for you. Doesn't have shortage of foreigners too.
