When you get gift certificates use them. Thank you website for the birthday gift. It gave me the liberty to try new dishes I normally don't order. Lesser risk when it's free, right? I did have my usual cup of African Sunrise Chai Tea Latte. If you haven't tried this one, I have a feeling it would be in your favorite. Strong tea flavor paired with milk and right amount of sweeteners. For a new one, their Chilled Chicken Spicy Pasta Salad was healthy and filling enough for dinner. It could have used more spice and better greens. Am now eyeing on their new line of gourmet sandwiches of Chicken Pesto and Grilled Vegetables! Thanks CBTL for continuing new products and innovation in your stores.

Went to this cafe as they were the only one that had a smoking area on the top floor of SM Aura. Ambiance was good inside as well as in their outdoor seating area where I actually took my seat. They have a variety of pastries and food choices to choose from, but since I was only looking for coffee, I ordered the Iced White Chocolate. Funny thing though as my first choice was their Original Mocha of which they actually did not have at themoment. Despite this, the girl in the cashier was nice and apologized for it and was able to suggest something that was actually not bad. Nice place to hang out and enjoy the cool air.

Down a notch from Starbucks. This is usually what comes to mind when I go here. I mean, the coffee is good but for whatever reason, I always feel it is a watered-down version of a Starbucks coffee, literally and figuratively.

For those who plan to work here (laptops, call).. well they don't have outlets. Make sure your gadgets are fully charged. Swirl card also offline. And staffs not well trained to handle customer complaints. When I asked if there was a way to let me plug my phone (working online), they suggested I go to BHS Branch.

Located at the sky ranch of SM Aura, this is a perfect place to spot cute guys! haha sorry, but seriously though this is an underrated cafe since people always go for Starbuck's. I'll definitely go back!

If there's a place in sm aura where i can just relax, spot, read, surf, chat or simply kill time.... That is cbtl. A smoker's haven for those who wish to be seated; this coffee shop has a spacious al fresco area with a view of bgc's towering buildings and condos. Don't forget to bring your swirl card; wifi is pretty fast. 😁👍Why not put some electric insect killer outside for some pesky mosquitoes at night. I rather have some toasted mosquitoes than a toasted tuna pandesal. Lol. 😁

First time to try their cold brew coffee. It's not that bad. But next time I'll still prefer their hot ones or iced blended. If you have their swirl card, you have free internet access. :)

If there was any rating lower than 1, that's probably what I'd score this specific branch. Time of visit: TODAY 1:30PM Ok, so my partner and I arrived at 1:30, order 2 drinks and a slice of cheesecake. 1:45PM our orders haven't arrived, if we were in another branch, they had served us our order in less than 10 minutes.The guy disposing of the orders seemed clueless when I made my FIRST follow up. He got my copy of the receipt and said ok. I ASSUMED he'll take care of it. 15 minutes later, we started seeing the orders of the FOREIGNERS who placed their orders after we did going out?! My partner had an urgent meeting and had to leave so I made my 2ND follow up! To our suprised, his iced Americano has been sitting behind the counter burried behind other people's orders!!! He took it and left for his meeting, 5 minutes later, he messaged me that it tasted like water. Well what do you expect of an iced americano that's probably been sitting forever behind yhe the counter?! Of course the ice had melt by that time! They also got my drink wrong! I asked for the light options African sunrise latte and was given the regular. Seriously this is the worst branch I've been to!!! This branch discriminates their customers. I was even enthusiastic while handing them my swirl card. Very very very disappointing! The excuse they gave me? " they had the receipts swapped" really? Swapped with how many foreigner receipts? Like, all of them? Don't go to this branch unless you're a foreigner.
