I have been an avid fan of Coffee bean. First of all, the main reason why I gave 1 star is because of the internet. Next is the hassle that we have experienced. As bloggers, we needed to work after our photo shoot so we can check our shots but to our surprise, internet sucks! This branch is not really a well recommended to go to. I asked politely if we can have the modem restarted but then again, I am certain that they did not restart it . All our Mac and Android devices were not able to connect to the internet. One of its Managers gave us another password, the same as to what it was given to us the first time!!! This is not a good avenue to work if you need an internet connection. #WorstExperience Engr's Choice

Coffee bean in High Street is a great place to work or study. It’s quiet, and if you have a swirl card you can also have access to the internet. Order a cup of chai tea latte and work the day away.

Excellent food and service. Their staff is very polite and approachable. It is also a comfortable place to hang out with friends. 😊I recommend their Hot Double Chocolate w/ Marshmallows especially when the weather is cold. 👍🏻

i love the renovated look of this branch along the stretch of High Street, they have a mezzanine which overlooks the dining hall below. Bought the Raspberry Mocha Ice Blended and it was refreshingly good. The staff were friendly and had good rapport. The Swirl Card is a great rewards program, free fast wifi too if you present it before purchase. Recommended.

I like that this branch closes late. So especially when there are promos that last the whole day, I’ve always got time to catch it since I know this branch is still open even others are closed already.With indoor and outdoor seating areas.Have not encountered any problems with the service or quality of drinks here.Also nice that they have a comfort room inside the shop albeit too small unlike their branch in Century City Mall where the comfort room is spacious.

My favorite coffee chain, CBTL!I could not give a perfect 5-star rating for this branch no matter how I love CBTL, haha!The reason? Their meals are sometimes not as good as how I imagine or how they're shown on the menu.First, I've ordered this Salmon Scrambled before from their breakfast set. Quality of salmon is so-so. It's pretty obvious that the fish was not fresh.The free brewed coffee was tad cold. I expected it to be at least hot to jumsptart my day.BUT, I love the fact that they refill your coffee for free until 10am.Next, I've had their Chicken Pesto sandwich and oh, boy, the bread was rubbery, it gave my upper palate bruises. No kidding! The chicken was overdone, too. It was dry.Last, I've tried their Tomato and Herb Linguine during lunch since it was a new item on their menu. The pasta was SAGGY, yes, overcooked again. The sauce was tangier than your lemon tea. Well, it was poorly done, check the photo! ;)Good thing is their pastries and coffee are bombs!I recommend their Original Mocha Ice Blended. It has the right amount of chocolate and coffee.Their Americano will really give you a kick. Super love the strong coffee taste and aroma!Their blueberry cheesecake is so good, too! However, it's always out of stock.Red velvet muffin is an 8 out of 10, too bland for my taste buds.Their chocolate cake is soooooo chocolatey!!! Perfect pair of their tea or black coffee!As to the ambience of this branch, it's cozy and homey. They renovated the space making it loft-type.For people looking for a quiet place, they have to go upstairs. There are two sockets for your laptop needs.Baristas are friendly and professional. They would greet you in ingress and egress.My favorite branch in my city!

This is my staple go to for my freshly brewed tea and matcha latte fix because they are really above par! And today was very extra special, shout out to Barista MM for greeting me a belated hbd - I was really surprised- and for the uber sarap free cake! How couldnt you love this such customer care! Will be coming for more! :) :) :)

Will give the staff A for effort (there's service charge btw). I like the interiors, but this branch is designed for meetings (all four-seaters) so it could get noisy inside.

I ordered a Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel and they gave me a Salmon Scramble instead! Not only did they take so 30+ minutes to give me my order, I also didn’t realise that they got my order wrong until I got back to my office! The fact that I didn’t realise earlier that my order was was probably my fault, but the fact that they got it wrong in the first place was very annoying!
