It's one of the roomier CBTL branches in town, and it's just so timely that I went there for the Php100 ice blended coffee promo! There's a communal table where you can chat with other fellow loners... or tinker with your phone. There's no "outside" to smoke, so you cannot enjoy your coffee with a light.Other than that, it's a nice place to stay and work the whole day. Just make sure you buy a drink every now and then. After all, it's a business. :)

A common coffee stop for most and lately they have been introducing more savory meals, giving us more reasons to visit them. I recently tried the new Chicken Sandwich, it is part of the new offerings together with Corned Beef with Scrambled Eggs. How was it? Not good. It had cranberries but they didn't fit too well. Easily their worst product from memory. The drinks we had here though as a group were the usual satisfying ones. No complaints on how consistent the quality of their beverages. The cakes on the other hand was a split, Triple Decker Cheesecake had amazing layers of thick Mocha, New York, and Oreo Cheesecake while the Guiltless Chocolate Cake offered nothing but calories.

I'm happy that there is a branch that is 24 hours in the BGC area for my  possible late night activities.  I always get my usual Mango ice blended drink without the whipped cream that completely satisfied me through the night. I really like places that are 24 hours that restos that can be converted into workspaces at the same time.

After shift today at 4pm "Mondays made even better" supposed to be 🤔 but the barista/cashier did not offer nor remind us about it. We just remembered when we were about to leave the Pavillion, outside CBTL as we happen to see the poster. Well, not their fault, but I guess they should be informing.their customers, wouldn't hurt. And I ordered, well I always order "extra hot" latte and it wasn't extra hot, not even that hot😠. Forgot to get the name of the barista. ☹

While The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf's claim to fame lies in its variety of coffee- and tea-related products, it also has some good food for its guests. I recommend the Sardine and Garlic Linguine and the Lasagna to satisfy any hunger cravings. Take advantage of the toast provided in each dish. It helps to dampen the intense spice of the linguine and it is great to dip into the sauce of the lasagna.Take advantage of the space as there's a lot of room to stretch those legs and enjoy a good meal, or drink, or chat. There's no need to rush as well as this branch is open 24 hours. All the more reason to come by and enjoy a good meal or drink at CBTL.

So we've come to this. I must say in my defense (right at the start) that I have given them a couple of chances. In my years of collecting stamps for a silly planner for my nieces, there was a year that I have tried most of their drinks (hot, cold, coffee, tea) trying to complete the lot.If you like to drink coffee (or are forced to due to work schedule) but can't take strong mixes or are not fond of the bitter taste (not due to over-roasting the beans), then you make like CBTL. I personally think it lacks flavor and character. That's because i like the flavor to be "in your face", so to speak. Subtlety can be overrated too, you know. Their venti equivalent of the teas, costs more than that of SB, but the size is smaller AND they only use ONE teabag (that is same as the tall/grande version of SB).I also have tried a couple of their lunch menus. I recommend that you go for the lasagna (I mean, who does a bad lasagna?). The other pastas they offer are also a little too bland for my taste. Again, if you like your food to taste a little flat, then you might like it.They have 24-hour branches. Most of them have been set up really nicely, chic yet almost comfy. Their staff are friendly but not always knowledgeable with their own products (or maybe I just chance upon some).

One of the best salads and burgers I've had in BGC. Actually tastes American and the friend are beyond amazing. The beef is so greasy but still, remarkably cooked. Staff was great, ambiance was great

I like this branch coz it's spacious. Great choices of healthy breakfasts plated beautifully. It also tastes really good. Ambiance is okay and customer service is just okay.

This is my go-to coffee shop. I love the ambience and they have wifi like most CBTLs do. Unfortunately, they dont have plugs for you to charge your gadgets unlike other branches. So make sure you have enough battery if you need to 😉👌

Good music, good vibe, i enjoyed the Greek salad and southern blend iced tea.Staff need to be more attentive and listen more actively - i asked for my drink to be served in a mug and they forgot about it and gave me a disposable cup. Had to ask for a mug again.
