I was fortunate to be invited again, for the fourth time to a website meet up. Every meeting I get to discover different preferences from other websites and restaurant owners. These continue to excite me in my adventures. The owners were present and shared their lengthy responses to each of our reviews. It gets to show how passionate they are. It was inspiring.Chatting with sous chef, I found out that their 50 plus menu list here is their shortest compared to other 3 restaurants with around 80 dishes to offer. Now that's aplenty. I found most of the food they let us try too simple and nothing that exciting. That is why I took into myself to order something outside of their offering. I did like four of the ten I indulged in. The oysters were too fresh and flavorful. It blended with Galician garlic spices. The other three were desserts. Not a fan of butter, yet I spooned in as much as my tummy can take. One more comment- the Seafood Curry which I feel is also lost in their predominant Spanish Filipino fusion, is too watery, not spicy and lacking a kick.

Terry's Bistro at Tuscany Estates would be one of the restaurants that we often see but we haven't attempted to try because of our misconception that it was simply a wine / grocery shop. However, thanks to website, we were able to try their dishes and realize that what we have missed for a while now.Terry's Bistro Fresh Oyster Drizzled with Galician Escabeche - PHP 390 (3pcs) / PHP 550 (6pcs)Next up would be fresh oyster drenched in spiced vinegar. Delicious with no aftertaste; and they oysters were huge! The best part; these were local oysters.Terry's Bistro The Kings Ransom Stilton Salad - PHP 300 (single) / PHP 450 (sharing)This is gourmet salad! Not much dressing on the crunchy greens and I loved the toppings it came with such as the grilled shrimp and bacon (porchetta). Don't forget the delicious cheese cubes hidden as these were delicious also!Terry's Bistro Seafood Curry Symphony - PHP 520A literal harmony of seafood in a very light curry sauce. It contained scallops, fish, mussels, squid and shrimp. The seafood tasted very fresh and the curry really complimented their flavor. The long and chewy rice was a great partner to this dish.Terry's Bistro Marquesa de Chocolate - PHP 210It felt like a fusion of ice cream and pudding; topped with chewy almond praline. Another crowd favorite and was gone in seconds!Yum Yum as I pat my fulfilled tummy! It was a fun and filling experience for us at Terry's. Not only did we learn more about Spanish Cuisine but we have tasted them too! If you were to ask me of my favorites; it would be the oysters, seafood curry harmony and the flan (and I'll have two orders just for myself).

I was invited this week to dine at Terry’s Bistro or Terry’s Selection, which mainly serves authentic Spanish cuisine but has begun to explore fusions to cater to a broader market. It was established by Juan Carlos de Terry, a native Spaniard who seeks to bring both purity and originality to his creations. The general ambiance was intimate, which is expected of a Spanish restaurant, because the Spanish love to eat leisurely, drink wine and talk over good food. We had the option of pairing our meal with a glass of wine. The meal would have been incomplete without it! What better way to socialize than to talk over good food and wine?

When we visited few months back they had a 15% discount on any bottle of wine. Not sure if they still have it till now. Chill. Though a bit pricey

We've had a great time celebrating my partner's birthday during our first time at Terry's Selection in McKinley Hills. We emptied two bottles of wine and enjoyed both alongside European Cheese and Cold Cut Platter (Jamon Serrano, Chorizo Pamplona, Fuet, Manchego, Brie de Meaux and goat's milk cheese)! This European inspired restaurant is best known for its exquisite selection of wines. Terry's Selection also happens to be a gourmet store which boasts of its wide array of hams, sausages and different types of cheese.Should we be back soon, we eye to treat our tastebuds with Terry's version of croquettas, gambas and paella plates!

If you can't find something you need at Santis for that special homemade dinner date that you've been planning for months then head over to Terry's for some inspiration from their Basque-inspired Spanish menu. Terry's Selection is a deli/ restaurant. Feel free to shop for premium ingredients on their shelves at the first floor. You'll love their charcuterie and wine selection. They are one of the few places that actually sell hard to find wines like the Pedro Ximenez Sherry wine.

Terry's Is a nice place to chill and drink with your friends and families. This is also a authentic Spanish restaurant they served the best paella and roasted pork. It's a bit pricey but it is all worth it if you tried their best sellers ;) come and visit this restaurant to satisfy your cravings.

Galician escabeche oysters; croquetas de cocido, and a stilton salad.   For the mains, we tried the dinuguan. risotto; a seafood curry symphony; and callos de Andaluza. For the dessert, we. had the flan de la Buela; Tarta Imperial Rusa; and the Marquesa de chocolate. Overall, I found what Terry’s offered that

Came here after work for dinner one day. While the menu looked great and there is a bit of theatrics (chorizo grilled on an open fire), the end product is somewhat disappointing. Excessively oily food and the main courses are very small portions. Good wine selection though.
