Another hidden gem from 25b Bayani rd hidden inside the trunk, down the stairs inside the food recreation area. Hole in the walls is a great explanation but looks are usually deceiving. Began with the crispy poultry teriyaki. Crunchy, sharp and flavorful. The best not really shown on the standard menu. Next we'd a heavy fried sushi roll, sliced and protected in a good sauce. Shrimp tempura had been furthermore crispy, big and gently buttered. Then acquired the katsu ramen. Noodles had been new, broth deep and poultry tender. Food plating display is excellent. Service isn't as fast but appears like food is ready from scratch. Good job guys.
