This is a late upload, We went there last December 3rd week for our Barkada Christmas Party. ⭐️ Place and Ambiance: The place wasn’t that big as I thought it would be, There is a candy shop before you entered the place where there were pictures of international stars buying their candy (since the place was originally from Las Vegas). The ambiance was cozy at the same time fancy. ⭐️ Food We ordered the ff: Spaghetti bolognese 5/5 Rigatoni Marinara 3/5 Truffle Alfredo 3/5 Sugar Factory Club 5/5 Fondue 2/5* I normally don’t eat sandwiches but the filling of their sandwich really got me! :) * The fondue was mundane at the same time overpriced :( Not a MUST. ⭐️ Staff 5/5

So disappointed with their service, I booked a 9pm reservation and turns out they are already closing the store, when in fact their operating hours is from 11am-12am. I have them check their reservations log and my reservation is there indeed. I find this so unprofessional. They did not even apologize for it.

So we went to Sugar Factory in BGC last February 4.Here's my rating:Ambiance: 5/5Food: 2/5Staff: 3/5Price: 1/5Ambiance was a 5 because I loved how its kiddie friendly plus the candy shop which made it more inviting. The interior that played between black, white & gold which looked very elegant.Food received 2 because honestly, I'd still choose Applebees over this one. Their price for each dish did not match. Caesar salad lacked parmesan cheese, leaves were close to being dry. Chicken was tasteless and if it wasnt for the gravy, you wouldnt have appreciated it. Calamari was dull, dry and the sauce -- seems like straight from the can. My sister even tried dipping the calamari into the gravy. LOL. Pasta was okay.Seafood Paella -- thats what i enjoyed. Except for i think i opened 4 clams that has nothing but mud in it.Staff were very accommodtating at first, but after taking you to your seat, they are no longer alert. To sum up, they do not deserve the 10% service charge.Price was rated 1 simply because its pricey for their dish.
