This is among the best bar/restaurants in Manila, whether it's for a small business meeting or for drinks with friends the ambiance is definitely the best, the meals is good and the service is definitely superb. The hotel can be excellent and thelocation is ideal. the DIRECTLY Bar has a fine view of area of the city and contains also independent areas if you're after a more personal setting. Value for money.

Me and my buddies attained Straight Up Bar without a single assisting us. We assisted ourselves to an inside table with no acts going to to us. I acquired to endure obtain the servers attention many times, we sensed like we had been notwelcome, so just whenever we were going to leave and proceed to another cafe, a server called JC approached us and wanted to help us proceed to a good table outside. We realize it was already completely booked outside but Jc had been kind enough to support and arrange a good table for all of us. (We had been thankful that even though we didn't require a table close to the window, JC ready us a good table where we are able to see the beautiful town lighting.) From there on, our encounter from 0 ranking went around 100 due to JC's services. Jc was therefore attentive, courteous, he ensured our foods was served promptly. He described what hospitality assistance really is. Due to JC we were happy that we stayed. This is actually the kind of program na babalikbalikan. I am hoping all of those other servers can be skilled by JC, therefore more guests should come the right path. Also, I extremely appreciate Hazel's customer support too. She's been courteous and mindful of our needs. To become frank the food is merely alright but what I'll return back for may be the Sangria and the provider of Jc and Hazel.
