Never eating here again. We were a group of six but two arrived earlier than everyone else. They did not serve the complementary bread until we ordered calamari. The calamari was okay, the serving was small but it was pretty okay. However, for main course I had the Roasted Sesame Spicy Chicken. Worst meal ever. The chicken was not cooked well, it still had blood when I cut it. Also, it did not taste like sesame nor was it spicy. It was plain tasteless uncooked chicken. My friends ordered braised beef, the crab pasta (which is apparently red sauce but in the menu the picture had white sauce), and clam pasta (that was a spaghetti soup which was not indicated in the menu). We ordered a pitcher of sangria as well, it was the only good thing I tried. It wasn't strong enough though, so one is not enough. The service was bad as well, the servers looked like they were so irritated with us already because we asked if we could split the bill and use our credit cards. They said no, which was weird since that is usually allowed. I'm guessing they just did not know how.Overall, I regretted paying 1,000 pesos for food poisoning. Never again.

I like how perfectly tucked this Italian bistro-type restaurant is at High Street. At night, it gives you a perfect, intimate vibe to enjoy homey Italian dishes at the company of your friends, loved ones or significant other. I highly recommend their brick-oven pizzas--perfectly seasoned, crisp and thin crust to emphasize the flavors its combined with. Also try their Sangria. They serve both red and white b

This resto was chosen by my very loving boyfriend because of its name since I am a star lover. The food choices were superb because of its Italian influence :) a good combination for us: I love pizza, he loves pasta. Surprisingly, the store manager is my former schoolmate and a good friend. Jackpot because we did not just dine, but we had some catching-up to do as well ;)This is a perfect place for singles, couples, friends, and family. A good place for everyone!

The place was dark and moody but I was still able to see my food. I think they were going for a romantic feel. The bar next door wasn't crowded nor loud either so that was great. The service was also good, in that, the server checked on us constantly. When we finished our salad, she made sure that the entrée was ready for us to eat.The food was great if you like a balance of sweet salty and spicy flavor to your salad. We tried the Crispy Honey Walnut Beef and Arugula. It was fresh, it was crunchy and with great flavor. Finished it to the last leaf and nut and beef strip! Now the pizza, which is what Stella is known for, was exactly what they advertise it to taste, wood-fired pizza. It was an authentic wood-fired pizza indeed. We tried the very rich roasted truffled mushroom pizza with ricotta cheese. Loads of mushroom and loads of cheese and only a slight hint of truffle oil. The crust was the best part for me as it was perfect pizza crust. The toppings felt a bit close to overwhelming but still tasted good. The price of the food is similar to what you pay for with some pizza chains even. So, I think overall, it was great dining experience and value for money.

I am a big fan of salted eggs. I would go crazy every time I see some in bazaars and end up buying at least half a dozen of these delectable poultry goods and enjoy it with tomatoes. I'd also order any dish with salted egg in order to satiate my undying desire for it. Unfortunately, not a lot of restaurants carry salted egg dishes. And so when Mela of Raintree Group posted Stella's newest salted egg creation, my tastebuds clamored for it and I can't let a week pass by without giving in to my tummy's desires.Hello, Stella Wood Fired Bistro! No heavy rainfall can come in between me and my salted eggs! Okay, fine. I was just so lucky that the rain stopped by the time I clocked out of work.
