This is where I run to when I get stressed out of work, since this is just a block away from the office. People here are very friendly and always on a good mood. The barista always prepare my Caramel Macchiato the way I wanted it. Service is fast and a little educating. They showed us how to brew coffee slowly using hot water and paper filter.This is where I got my 2015 planner and they agreed to sign it. :)

Just a little break from all the Holiday drinks! I missed this pretty! My no fail go to when I want something iced - Iced Caramel Macchiato!Love the layer of espresso x caramel on top of the snow white milk. And how dramatic can it get when the the light brown layers starts to mix with the white? Gorgeous!Also, this SB location is becoming a favorite. Love the wooden walls and the black and white pics. Then there is the wall with a coffee map then another wall with a huge frame explaining about Coffee Press etc! Baristas are extra friendly and helpful too!

I normally drop by this branch whenever I eat in the Burgos Circle area. They have good interiors but can still improve with more comfortable furniture.

Starbucks Reserve. Reading the additional word made it sound so premium and upscale. Well, it doesn't really mean that Starbucks will charge more here. It is just that they have other coffee selections in these branches. As a non-Starbucks fan, I was forced to have a quick lunch here as I had to report back to the cinema area in 10 minutes. (We had an event then.) I could have had lunch at Family Mart or got some Jamaican patties but I wanted something heavier (and not something with a scent that sticks to your clothes). So off I go to Starbucks Reserve. The place was quite packed when I got there so it got me curious if they offer anything mouthwatering. Well, I guess foodies who are into coffee would appreciate this place better since there are some fancy beans available here. My taste buds are, sadly, not so sophisticated. I wouldn't really know what coffee is from this place or that or how to properly describe each bean's scent. Earthy? Flowery? Roasted? I could only describe it as sweet, bitter, creamy, with a tinge of caramel, watery or yucky. Since I wasn't in the mood to explore, I went with my favorite Caramel Latte and Pesto sandwich. I asked the friendly barista to heat my sandwich and I got to enjoy my hot meal with lovely gooey cheese! Quite pricey but definitely good and filling.

We wondered the double chocolate matcha and chocolate chip frappe. The chocolate matcha drink was a mixture between java and matcha frappe but tasted more like the java frappe. The chocolate chip frappe was as good as it usually is. The baristas here are very warm and friendly. Just your average starbucks with good service.
