I'm giving this branch a one (1). Apparently, this Starbucks branch strongly prohibits taking pictures inside. A policy that I have just recently learned after having been to a number of branches, and this in particular, one time too many. It's been implemented ever since they started, apparently; or at least, according to the barista I spoke with. 🤨 Which of course, for the purpose of documentation, and food reviews, I did, and that's what I told the security guard manning the entrance. He didn't take it well however, and had to literally follow me as I almost reached the counter and asked for the pictures I took to be deleted. I was shaken by his approach. It was so off-putting, and I can swear, him approaching me somehow garnered a few suspicious looks from the crowd. He literally asked me to show my phone and delete it in front of him, to which I pretended to do of course. 🤬 I felt violated afterwards. I complained about how I was treated to two of their employees, the second I believe was the manager, and I had to personally ask her to reprimand the guard on duty for such an invasive, and rude approach. 🤬 I thought about the experience through, and through while we were still inside the store waiting for our drink, and I thought to myself that I wouldn't get the peace I need out of what happeend if I wouldn't be able to air my side to the guard himself, and so I did. I talked to him, in my most diplomatic voice, as to how he made me feel with what he did, and how unconvinced I am that this policy they have in photography is totally unnecessary. 🤬 Me, and my friend decided to sit outside to let off some steam, and to my surprise, upon checking their page here in website, there are pictures taken inside the cafe. Now, what's the policy again? 🤬

After trying the Pistachio Bon Bon Cream Frappuccino of Starbucks Coffee, I find a way to try the other new drink called Milk Tea Panna Cotta Frappucino.Verdict: It was okay. But for me, I still prefer the milk tea store like Coco, Serenitea and Happy Lemon.#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️

Yay for this branch for cutting a PHP5 on my coffee bill for bringing my own mug. I am not sure with other branches as this is the first time that I've brought my own glass mug as my small contribution on not using plastic straws and paper cups. I have it to-go as I am on my break and this branch is just one tawid only from our office. #JourneyToZeroWaste The place is quite big and have a high ceiling with wooden chandelier. They also have a 2nd floor. Malakas din ang aircon nila! :)

Before, I thought having another Starbucks at High Street is kinda redundant but I realized its more accessible for people just passing by in that way. The food is pretty standard, masarap naman at hindi nagbabago. I think it’s just a matter of location. What I like about this one is that you can buy your drink and just sit in the bench outside and do some people watching. It’s a bonus during Saturdays when there’s live music. 🙂

One of the busiest Starbucks branches in BGC, since its easily accesible thru high street. It gets pretty busy and crowded so its not a great place for meetings or studying. The crowd is usually filled by students or friends hanging out. In this visit, I stayed here while waiting for my friend. I grabbed their sausage pastry while having a tall brewed coffee. The pastry was okay, but it feels like they changed the sausage? It seems to taste a bit different from before. While the coffee was just okay, nothing special. Overall though, it was fine servers were nice and friendly.
