Too full from sampling the food at The Gourmand Market (and it was starting to drizzle), hubby and I decided to seek shelter in the nearby mall. Not exactly in the mood to roam around aimlessly so we went straight to Starbucks.He got his regular order of Caramel Macchiato and we settled into the comfy couch seats. We enjoyed the cool airconditioning and the not so busy atmosphere. The servers were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in small talk. There was no one ahead of us so hubby's coffee was ready in what felt like just seconds.I can see myself hanging out here, tinkering with my phone or killing time with hubby or my friends.

I ordered an Iced Latter. Lovely as expected! The service is fast but they take instructions slowly. I asked for lesser ice but that wasnt served. They served the regular one.

I love their Reserve coffee as it gives you an opportunity to taste a different flavor. And it comes with a cookie too ;) The Reserve corner in their shop is also elegantly designed.

Yesterday I tried their limited edition Green Tea Yogurt Frappuccino. Overall, it was a solid 3.5 attempt. Just right sweetness, the green tea is apparent at the first sip. The yogurt adds the sourness that comes out at the end of every gulp.The place is still great even if it's several years old. I'd been here before to try their own brews, Americano's and French press.

This is actually a Starbucks reserve store, offering small-lot premium coffee on top of the usual Starbucks specialties. Tried the seasonal Congo, and honestly I very much prefer the reserve coffees over the regular brewed coffee, especially the ones with fruity flavor notes.All reserve coffees come with a free cookie!
