The service is very inconsistent. There were days that they know my name and there were days that they don't. Same with my "usual" drink. There were times that they knew and moments that they ask for the drink. Weird because I always see the same set of faces every-time I walk in.Furthermore, the Starbucks Card Terminal is offline most of the time. Very inconvenient for the card holders. Last Tuesday, I dropped by to get my usual drink, I was in a hurry because I have few minutes left before my work start. The Barista asked how I was and I answered "l'm in a hurry." After they took my order, I handed over my Starbucks Card. They said it was offline. I told I have no cash with me and I offered to leave my card there for them to get the amount once their terminal is up. They refused. And insisted for me to pay cash.I took my card then left with no coffee and disappointed.I am disappointed because it was not the first time it happened. During that time, they agreed to keep my card temporarily and took the amount of my purchase that day. I will not buy coffee from this branch again.--------------------------------------------------The post above was written seven months ago.Another incident took place yesterday May 19,2017.For convenience purposes, I decided to buy coffee from this shop again. The shop is right across our office. Yesterday, we did a big order. 20 drinks. 18 venti frapuccio and 2 grande drinks. Mine was the last one processed. The order was placed between 4:30 am and 5:00 am. After few hours, and when I'm almost done with my drink, I found this. I went back to the shop spoke to the manager named Nick Soliman. He took my contact number and I requested to receive updates from Rustan's Coffee (the franchise owner of Starbuck in PH) for what they will say about this incident. Nick gave me two gift certificates for the inconvenience. I am hoping to get any response from Rustan's Coffee and for proper handling of this complaint.

This is a good Starbucks branch when guests want to relax after a trip around BGC or when they want to finish their work away from the office or school. There are a lot of outlets available to charge laptops and other electronic devices. Guests can also choose from a variety of seats to suit their needs: comfy easy chairs for those who want to relax; and tall barstools next to a long table perfect for those impromptu meetings or reunions. The staff themselves are very accommodating. They carefully note the order and offer suggestions in a pleasant manner. They get plus points since one of them offered me cups of water as I came down with a bad case of the hiccups as I ordered my drink. That is admirable customer service. Speaking of my drink, I had the new Banana Split Mocha Frappe. Thankfully the banana flavor tasted like the real thing, not like the syrup that is usually used for banana-flavored products. Furthermore, the strawberry cream is also subtle and not overpowering. I was hesitant to order the drink based on the fact it was flavored with strawberry cream since I had a bad history of other strawberry-flavored products tasting like medicine. The whole thing was combined with a mocha-flavored slush that also mixed well with the other ingredients into a very tasty whole. Each sip provided a different taste that made me crave for more. What also made this drink unique was that it was garnished with bits and pieces of sugar ice cream cone. Unfortunately the straw was not wide enough to allow me to taste them when they were crunchy. I did get to try them when they went soft after absorbing all those delicious flavors. I think the experience would be even better if ever I get a wider straw, or even a spoon. It is based off a banana split after all, so that would be an interesting alternative way of eating it.

An another Starbucks branch to review.I'm not really sure if gonna go back here. Why? First of first most, as a coffee shop, you're baristas should listen to your request and customise your drink to your liking. I ordered a warm, Toffee Nut Crunch Latte (a christmas flavour, because it was christmas month) without the 'Crunch.' What I got, a drink with the 'Crunch' which I specifically to remove or not include it.

Whenever I'm way too early for work, I spend my spare time here 'cause I really hate being surrounded with noise. My go-to-tambayan.Baristas are really nice!Though I don't drink coffee, I come here for the green tea.I like the Green Tea Frappe but I don't like their new Double Choco Green Tea.
