We ordered the salted caramel choco ala mode french toast (P395). Serving was good for sharing. Price was a bit expensive for its taste. Coffee was good. Would go back for the ambiance. Food: 3.5/5, value for money: 3/5, ambiance: 4/5

Visited the branch and was supposed to dine in. We waited for 10 mins, waved at the server to take our order and was motioned to wait. He then took all the tables' orders even the ones who came in after us. We waited for another 5 mins and no one took our order so we decided to walk out. Very disappointing.

I've been to Single Origin prior to Covid-19. This time, I ate there, two days in a row. The first day, it was more observing. The second day, I asked whether or not the bread comes with condiments because I didn't get any the previous day. The staff, in my opinion, lied. There was cockroaches on the wall, on the floor and on the table. And this is for most of Philippines, but if the staff notice that you don't have a stigma, they discriminate. There wasn't any soul or passion in that place. And that's with most places in Philippines. They turned their face mask and face shield into a stigma.

I have to convince myself that I am full. Its expensive! Taste is good. They’ve got a lot in the menu that is not heavy on the tummy but on the pocket!

Love this place. Haven't been disappointed yet by anything I picked out from the menu yet. Has to be my favorite overall place to eat out of any chain restaurant here in the Philippines!

Location and ambiance is good.For a coffeehouse, they don’t have many choices.Also ordered a classic waffle, nothing special. Taste is meh.The red flag for me though is this place seems to have crawling stuff infestation problem. On our first table, there was a cockroach 🪳 on the floor, and another one on the chair (didnt get to take a photo cause I panicked). And then when we moved and were served with water, there’s another bug/fly on the glass.Not coming back here :(

Slow service. It took us almost 1 hr and 30 minutes for our orders to be completed.Poor food quality. Our french toast arrived late and BURNT.Poor customer service.Dirty restroom.

Poor customer service, food quality, serving size, and even sanitation. Not worth the ₱₱₱. The manager wasn't there according to a staff. Disappointing. I had high expectations since this was considered as one of the most loved places in BGC.

Food wasn’t good at all and servers were quite snooty. I dislike the dim interior of the place. When you get inside, you’ll get confused if it is a breakfast / brunch place or a bar. Price  range of dishes are unacceptable for the portion, taste, presentation and ambiance. I’m definitely not coming back. 👎
