I find the food expensive. I can buy better burritos for less than P100 and hummus served for free. The meat was gummy, like tire. I must say the rice and vegetables were good though. Also, they have best tostadas and yoghurt shakeCredits to their crew for the good service..

Roaming around Venice Piazza, we noticed Shawarma Bros right away because of the exterior which looked like a yellow food truck / take out counter so we went in and checked out the interiors as well. It looked vibrant and cool but pretty small to fit in a number of people coming in the resto from time to time. I've heard they have great combo meals but my friend and I just went and tried their solo Beef Shawarma Rice Meal. It is their best seller from the classic rice meals so we were kinda excited and have high expectations. The meal includes 3 sauces such as garlic yogurt, chili tomato salsa and cheese and a cup of iced tea. Now my rating on the beef, I'd say it was okay. It wasn't as tender as I expected but it was properly seasoned, not too oily, and you can smell the smoky beef aroma. I didn't ask for a refill on the sauces coz I don't know if that is possible but the portions are too small for me. Overall, the food is fine but a little bit too pricey.

When you see shawarma joints in the metro what really comes to mind?A run of the mill Mid Eastern inspired sandwich.Especially now they're sprouting all over and you can tell they're all a pile of roasted meat on a pita bread. Now as I was invited by Shawarma Bros at Venice Piazza to try their new items, that mindset was bent and changed. These were the items served with prices for reference.Bros Beef shawarma rice 169Mamas chicken shawarma rice 159Beefy papa kabab 179Beef/chicken shawarma wrap Basic 169/159Beef/chicken shawarma wrap Burrito 169/179Beef/chicken shawarma wrap French 169/179Brotato Fries 189Persian Fried Honey Butter Chicken1 Piece 1692 Piece 249I will just highlight the dishes that were remarkable,I would say when it comes to Shawarma I like the beef varieties but on this restaurant I became a fan of chicken shawarma. The Beefy Papa Kabab- nice aroma and flavors of an authentic mid eastern traditional dish ,with yellow rice that has this enchanting Mediterranean notes.Veggies on the side and I'm glad with the inclusion of the grilled red tomato. The Persian Fried Honey Buttered Chicken- this one should be a favorite and this is mine actually.Their version of kadayif though kadayif was really used for predominantly desserts ,I think the element of some hint of sweetness and crispyness was replication of that traditional food item.Nice stuff , yummy chicken! With the reachable price points and nearly authentic takes on the shawarma ,I would say it's a good one.My only issue was the texture of the beef too fine for an authentic shawarma I still love the chunks,as a purist I'm still a fan of meat sliced and cooked spit rotisserie .A reasonable option ,you can have both rice or bread for a reasonable budget .I'll definitely come back for the Persian Fried Chicken.👌

Bring your bros for a Shawarma.Product: Shawarma Bros is established by 5 childhood friends who want to show and share with their consumers how they want their food to taste like. From their homemade garlic yogurt sauce to their freshly made shawarmas, it's such a delight to be able to taste such products. However, the day we visited one almighty dish stood out among the rest. Can you guess what it is? Shawarma? Burrito? No, it's their new product, the Honey Butter Chicken. It's perfect for people who want to try something new or for those who are looking for something else to try other than their favorite shawarma. It's also perfect for picky eaters who don't like shawarma... however, do such people even exist?? I hope not cause they'd be missing out on a lot.Anyway, what's so good about it was that even if it was a sweet and savory dish, the sweetness doesn't stand out. It compliments the savory flavor of the crispy chicken batter. It also goes perfectly with their curry flavored rice. Also another thing I love about Shawarma bros, their rice. I really wouldn't mind having curry every day. 10/10 would order again.Let me, however, talk about their other delicious products. Like their burritos, shawarma wraps, and shawarma rice who are all just as equally delicious as the mentioned product above. I've been to Shawarma Bros a lot of times but I've always only ordered the beef for their shawarma products but when I had their chicken, I regretted a lot about not trying out a variety of their products. The chicken itself was so tasty, it was bursting with so many flavors and when combined with either the wrap or the rice, it gets even better. Oh, and especially when combined with any of their sauces. I truly adored their garlic yogurt, like I said before, they make the whole thing themselves. That's why the consistency is a bit more liquid-like compared to other places but to be honest, I prefer their garlic yogurt more than any other places out there. It's the reason why I keep coming back.Venue: Shawarma Bros, Mckinley has a great location. If you seat outside, you have an awesome view of the Venice Canal but you also shouldn't pass up on sitting inside, it's such a cozy place. It's also not that big, size-wise but they never seem to run out of customers. There are always people eating inside when I pass by. The service is very quick and the crew is very attentive to you while you're ordering. Considering the fact that your order is somehow personalized; they never messed my order up. Thankfully, my office is just across the street. I can come back whenever I feel like it.

This is the best shawarma rice I’ve tasted so far! ❤️ We ordered the “Bros Beef Shawarma Rice” and “Brotato Fries”, super sulit for it’s price. We were really filled up and ended having a bulging belly. Hahaha! We’ll definitely come back to try other menus. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Service crew needs more training. The place was empty when we arrived, our reservation was at 2PM. We arrived at 1:48PM. I was about to order but was asked to wait until exactly 2PM which didn’t really make any sense. Crew was chatting with each other and was loud. For the food — plating was ok, food was sub-par but generally ok.

Everyone has a favorite shawarma joint. Ever since this Mediterranean snack hit the mainstream in the late 90’s, new places offering their own variations have been popping up. The latest one that I’ve tried is SHAWARMA BROS. They aren’t exactly new to the scene but if you haven’t tried them out, then it’s definitely worth a visit.

After a not so satisfying afternoon snack, we went to Shawarma Bros ‘coz I was still hungry. I got what I usually order there - Chicken Shawarma Rice. I really liked it although I must say it doesn’t taste legit. It’s just like fried meat with yogurt sauce. Speaking of their garlic yogurt sauce, I don’t like it that much because it’s too watery in consistency. I actually prefer to put more of the cheese sauce - adds more flavor to the meal.
