I left after waiting 17-2O minutes without anyone coming to take my order. Although the crew member who seated me was very friendly, that doesn’t matter much when no one comes to take the order. I saw 3 crew members pass by me multiple times while my menu was down on the table and I was ready to order. After leaving I searched for other restaurants in the same location and saw the same crew member taking the order of a couple who replaced the booth I left. I asked her why she took their order so fast but couldn’t take mine and all she had to say was, “I’m sorry sir, we’re busy”. Although, I observed her casually walking and waiting at the counter, as well as passing me by at least 5 times, without trying to take my order. Shakey’s is a Filipino tradition but this branch has no urgency for Customer Service.

My husband and I loves pizza so we planned to celebrate my daughter's 1st bday at Shakey's. We visited the store to inquire. It's our 1st time to visit this area in BGC, i love the place - it's quiet and peaceful even during weekend. However, i opt not to book on this store because the crew/event coordinator was not so infomative. It seems like she doesn't want a customer. She just show us the book where we can see their customized party packages. (Attached picture of their custom package and available cakes). She didnt even had an effort of explaining the details of the package. So we asked questions, one question one answer (amf) and she sounds mataray pa. We asked if there would be a mascot appearance, yes meron daw included na sa package which is not mentioned or detailed in the package that she is showing us. We also asked if we can design the place with the theme that we want, hindi raw pwede. And also aked if may corkage if we bring a cake that is not from them, wala naman daw pero for display lang sya not allowed to be eaten at the store.

Went here for lunch with my team, where we ordered their bunch of lunch combo and the angus burger pizza. Bunch of lunch- this came with soup, salad, chicken, 2 slices of hawaiian pizza and spaghetti. You can choose the part of chicken you like, they were very accommodating. The soup was also quite impressive with varying textures and flavors. Angus Burger Pizza- i like angus beef burgers and pizza but the combination didnt work for me. The burger tasted like the meat pieces in the shakeys special. Overall it was a nice experience and will be back.

My office buddies and I went here for a lunch out and availed their promo in Booky - 2 plates of Bunch of Lunch for Php 299. It's a Php 99 off since one order is priced at Php 199. We ordered 3 pairs. We also added one more plate of Bunch of Lunch and a glass of chocolate milkshake (for me). So basically, we had orders aside from what we had with Booky.Around 10 minutes after, the first pair of the Booky order came. We expected the next ones to follow soon. However, it's been almost an hour since we ordered but our food didn't come! We had to follow up several times. I even cancelled the milkshake I ordered because our waiting time was too long!When they finally served our food, we told them to have our bill computed already so we can pay them right away. We asked why our food came after AN HOUR, and they said it's about the Booky validation. But then again, if that is so, then why did our "orders outside Booky" did not come as well?For the bill, we had to follow up our bill several times again!It also took them so long to give our change so we decided to go to the counter. Apparently, they are so unorganized and not systematic. They do not even know which order slip to look at!I, personally, extend my patience to service crew because I know how stressful their work can get, but to let us wait for an hour without any notice, without even offering apologies, is too much.PS. HOPE THE SHAKEYS BGC STOPOVER MANAGEMENT LEARNS FROM THIS

It may not be as cheap as Jollibee and other fast foods....At least, you're tummy will end up in a happy place. ^_^

We like to frequent Shakey's in BGC Stopover since it's just a block away from where we live. From the time that we were young, they have certainly come a long way, especially when it comes to innovative flavors!On one of our visits, we agreed not to get our usual chicken and mojos. So we had their latest flavor, the Cali Kani Pizza! It's definitely something that people should try. It basically has California Maki ingredients on a pizza crust. Everyone that I know who had a bite (including me), came back for seconds because of its odd, intriguing, yet flavorful taste. The fruity sweetness of the peaches and the salty flavors of kani, roe, and nori, were surprisingly a great combination.Another unexpected treat was the Cheesy Chick´N! It has Quorn™ Chicken Pieces, some bell peppers, cheddar cheese, drizzled with cheese sauce. Quorn™ is basically faux chicken meat created from Mycoprotein. It’s a healthy meat-free source of protein and fiber, low in saturated fats, and zero cholesterol. Before checking out what Quorn™ was, I wouldn’t be able to tell that it wasn’t really chicken. It’s really good to know that Shakey’s has a healthier pizza option that’s quite appetizing!Also, if you like old-fashioned milkshakes try the Chocolate and Strawberry Super Shakes to pair with your hearty meal! As for the service, the staff in BGC Stopover were delightful. Unlike other pizza places, Shakey’s had seemed to realize the critical importance of customer service. We've tried some of their other branches, like the one in Lagro QC, and Buting in Pasig. The consistency of good service is noteworthy. Definitely a big plus for a fast food chain!

Nice place, prompt service, and friendly staff. We just ordered the usual pizza fare which we asked to have it hand toasted, and it was the best choice for this meal since it had been quite sometime that I’ve eaten a pizza that’s a bit thick. Then the garlic bread slices were freshly baked that it was really a bit crisp on the outside but freshly soft on the inside and so buttery and garlicky👌🏻. I just didn’t like the pasta, it was bland. The fried chicken was perfect, and so was the mojos, freshly cooked too, as it was firm and a bit crisp on the outside, and best of them all was the blended house iced tea!! Yay!!

We waited so long (almost an hour) for our orders to be served. Service crews were too sluggish in assisting us. Duty manager was also unorganized. We ended up cancelling our orders.

The rented space from StopOver is huge so its very ideal for birthday parties and family eat outs. You can always order your favorite pasta or pizza meal from this place.

Shakey's has already made its name in the industry so there is no need to explain it further when it comes to the quality of food that they serve.. i was scouting for a dinner place with my daughter and when i saw the scallop pizza i was intrigued and was also craving for the MOjos (who will say no to Mojos), so Shakey's it is..its just like the average pizza with different toppings on it, the combination of the scallop and the basil made the difference, same sauce, crust and cheese.. the over saucy lasagna is also another thing, it was my first ever lasagna with Shakey's and i believe the next one will be well...i'm not sure if there's going to be a next time (sure did have a much better lasagna than this one though)..rating for the food is a 3 out of 5..the rating i made is for the staffs... like what i have said SHAKEY'S has already made a name so its their staffs or the people under them are the ones whose going to make a difference.. its not enough that you call them and they attend to your needs, it is still with the consistency of the service and the politeness that is very important... (with literally very few tables occupied how come you forgot to serve a very simple salad on a very small plate)..you didn't even bother to thank us when we left..simple gestures i know but it will surely make a difference...
