Loved the milktea and specialty beverages here. We ordered tofu, chicken and potatoes one fine night. However, I'm a tad dissatisfied how they didn't even ask if we prefer the orders to be served in either one or separate plates. We felt that the serving size could have been larger if served separately. Asking won't hurt, right!?

I love their milk tea flavors. It’s a bit affordable compared to Chatime because there are some drinks that comes with two free sinkers! They also provide limited time offers where they lower the price of a certain drink. Also, I love how one of their crew greets and smiles in every order-taking she does for customers.

I love their Hokkaido with Panacotta and pearl. Taro Lover is also the bomb. Can't let the night pass without having any of their milk tea. By the way this branch closes at 2am.

Good selection of "teas" (in my head a tea is a hot drink that is served from a tea pot). However, the tea I had, called Wintermelon milk tea, was a little bit bitter for me. I chose 25% sugar level but I didn't taste any sugar whatsoever. I think this tea is so-so but given their great selection I'll probably try something else next time. There's not enough room because this place seems to be popular. Always queues, maraming tao.3 stars so far, although this can easily change.

They have a wide selection of refreshing milk teas. I recommend the the Nagasaki with pudding and pearls. This branch closes really late (2am iirc) which makes it perfect for night shifts. If yourr not a fan of tea, they also have chocolate drinks and fruit coolers.🍵

I've been experiencing bad service in this branch for most days, I always buy in this branch because I live nearby. They tell you that the food will be done by 7-10mins but yet again it took then 25 mins to give my food. They are 7 people working in this branch today at this time but then they still work inefficiently and are rude when you ask them to follow up the order. They don't seem to care and I think they really don't care because if they do they would give me a proper service. This is not the first time, this has happened to me and to my other friends multiple times. What does it have to take to fix your god damn service! All they do inside is gossip instead of focusing on putting out orders. can somebody look into this, this is very unacceptable. The worst part is they were not a lot of people on the line to order, but there was a long one for the claiming area because they don't work properly! such a bad service. I ordered at 6:56 but I received my order 7:21.

Loved the drink but service needs to be improved. When I got in, there were a few irate customers because they don't have change and the food orders are taking too long.

Been going to this tea place ever since I started visiting the Philippines regularly in 2013. Serenitea I think has the best Milk teas in Manila. I highly recommend their brown sugar series with pudding, it tastes similar to Tiger Sugar over in high street. If you just feel like having Regular milk tea, you can't go wrong with Nagasaki or Okinawa Milk tea with pearls. I have also tried their chicken wings and would recommend Mexican wings and hash browns for a quick snack (15 minute wait for them to be ready though!) Overall, if you want a good milk tea break, Serenitea is a good place try!

Ordered one of their brown sugar series drink and their chicken chops for merienda. I like the chicken chops especially when hot. I find my milk tea too sweet though (no option to make it 0% sugar, minimum is 50% for this particular drink). And their Holly Milk is always not available, so they used ordinary milk. Staffs were nice, and they served my order promptly.
