Though I've been to Ascott Serviced Residences in Makati before, I had yet to set foot in their property at Bonifacio Global City. Fortunately, my family and I were invited for a relaxing staycation, and much like the Makati branch, I was left in awe by how stunning the place looked. From the Hotel lobby, to the rooms, to the function areas and restaurants, intricate detail was put into making Ascott BGC Manila a world class serviced residences establishment.

Stone throw away to PSE in BGC, the restaurant is in the second floor and showcases international cuisine to.ots very diverse audience. A line of Filipino Cuisine is included in its daily offerings aside from Continental and Western delights.

Super nice place for a quick lunch date. Love the food and ambience. Honestly I feel it's underrated! Will go back. I hope more couches are put in place next time. :)

My family and I had an amazing lunch at Alta restaurant, which is runs/owns by Margarita Forés (a Filipino chef, was named Asia's Best Female Chef 2016) during our stay at Ascott BGC for 3 days 2 nights . Their best-sellers Porkchop, Pork Adobo, Mushroom Tris Passato, The Cheeseburger, Malcolm Lee's Coconut Cream Panna Cotta, Classic Broas Tiramisu are all a must-try here! The staff are all nice and attentive. And, when it comes to breakfast buffet...they offered enough choices of Filipino and Western foods. From bacon to pancake to champorado (chocolatey-flavored rice) to sausages...you can find here. A must-visit restaurant in Makati. For more, visit my blog  olympusgirlinsg.blogspot.com

Dined there for meryenda. Ordered the salted caramel cake with ice cream, ensaymada and the sausage croissant (no photo) while my colleague ordered the alta fries and basket of fries. All I can say is WOW! The cake was moist and super tasty the chocolate and salted caramel suits each other and kudos to that flower toppings, it gave a unique taste! I love cake with ice cream and i was shocked when they have this! Finally a resto that offers what I really like! The fries are crispy and big while the basket of fries was super good with the mushroom truffle dip OMG TO DIE FOR. BUT THE ENSAYMADA WAS THE BEST!! The best if you have it to go and heat it up in your toaster! Creamy, soft, cheesy 💕the staffs are friendly too! Keep it up!

I really have no doubt as it is managed by Margarita Fores of Cibo. However, I think with the number of choices that they have it is quite overpriced. Ambiance is great very minimalist and calming. Customer service is also good.

The service is polite but takes forever to get your food. The serve sizes were a bit meagre for my liking and the price we pay.Taste was good but the long wait took away all the joy

Had lunch here and was disappointed with the ceasar salad. The dressing was too heavy and lacked acid. The tomato soup tasted of too much Parmesan cheese. Service was ok just a bit slow.

First time to feel the facilities of residential service hotel chain Ascott in BGC. Thanks to a planning session for Victory Kids Church. After a lengthy meeting, I went down and joined a friend for their only restaurant, Alta. It is by renowned female chef, Margarita Flores. Their Bolognese was interesting enough with a nice touch of firm penne mixed with light tomato sauce. What we both enjoyed most is their Salted Caramel Cake creation. The ice cream was really good especially when mixed with sweet cashews. Am going back here soon for their Lunch Buffet for just Php 850 net. You pick one entree and the rest- salads, sushi, desserts and juice will be unlimited.

This is a testament that NOT all reviews on the internet are TRUE. I've read several bad reviews about this restaurant, but I simply wasn't convinced, since I knew that it is owned by Asia's BEST FEMALE CHEF - THE Chef Margarita Fores! Of her numerous restaurants I've personally tried, not one of them failed. Hence, our Alta dinner for tonight. Upon entrance, I was impressed. The high-ceiling, posh, modern vibe is so five star. Very spacious seating. I love the design, cleanliness, furniture, and above all - the restroom. For starters, we had the following:1. Global sausage trio - Number 1 on the menu and I must say it deserves that spot! Good for sharing up to 4 people! There were three sausages of different sorts (chorizo fresco, American beefhotlink, and another) -- it was sooooo good. Served with tender, roasted shallots and mustard on the side! Perfect combination! A must try!2. Mushroom Tris Pasato - The only restaurant that paralleled the best mushroom soup I had (in Antonio's). This was served in a bowl with parmigiano panna cotta and porcini powder. The waiter poured the fresh mushroom soup on my bowl just the way it should be served. I love the blend. Flavor was very rich. Again I give this 5 stars!3. Smoked potato chips - CRISP and REAL potatoes. It was so crisp. I want to emphasize that. Perfectly cooked. Portion was enough to share between two persons. Comes with garlic basil mayonnaise - the perfect dip!For the main entree, I had the 24 hour sous-vide French cut pork chops and ordered additional tagaytay haricot verts on the side. This is my new gold standard for pork chop. The meat was about 1.5 inch thick and boy it was sooo tender juicy!!! I loooove it! Perfectly done. The red wine sauce complimented the chunks of apples on top and the whipped mashed potato. Again the best word I can think of to describe this dish is PERFECT!My drink was a glass of fresh orange juice. It was a very good blend of freshly squeezed orange. Not too sour and not too sweet. Also I'd like to take this opportunity to commend the gracious staff, especially our very efficient waiter, Omar. He was very attentive and polite. I must say he was trained by the best. He even accompanied us to the basement carpark to assure that we get free parking space, since validation of parking tickets is not allowed by the parking management of the building. Anyways, I wish I had more room for dessert!!! Definitely without a doubt, all the reviews I have read are wrong. I am so glad to have personally proven it myself. I wouldn't think twice on coming back. It's a perfect place for a date - so yes I'm going to take my boyfriend here on my next visit!
