After lunch at Seoul Spoon, I went to Sauceria for dessert. I asked the server which is better the suman or the cheesecake. She said the Suman Supreme. And I get one and paired it with Decaf Coffee. My goodness! "ANG SARRRAP ng SUMAN SUPREME ng SAUCERIA" Suman Supreme (Suman with Chocolate Syrup, Sugar, Mangoes and Cream) for Php120.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5Decaf for Php55.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5#ilovetoeat 😃❤️ #Sauceria @mckinleyhill_

After a meeting at nearby Industry and Commerce Building, I rushed at the McKinley strip of restaurants for lunch. I also parked in this area as it is a challenge to find a spot near the offices. Sauceria was supposedly close but accommodated me anyway. They serve food from three Continents- Asia which includes Filipino, American and Europe. Their brand highlights food with different sauce flavors. I got tender and sweet Korean Beef Stew. I enjoyed its soft meat and authentic taste. I just didn't like the really oily sauce that came with it. Puchero, one of my favorite Filipino dishes was my second viand. Even if this order was more of sweet than savory, I still enjoyed it. Thanks to rich tomato sauce and well seasoned boneless chicken. Nutty Choco Cloud Cake was my dessert, nothing amazing really. Had three small bites and gave up on it right away. It was low quality, obvious on my initial spoonfuls.

It was a late night and I feel a cozy and chilling ambiance in Sauceria. Having those blue lights and groovy music, we felt good entering here. Place is small even if they have seats upstairs. Serving time is 15-20 min only according to the crew so we ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salisbury Steak and Afritada. Unfortunately, serving took so long. It took 30 min for them to serve us water. She gave us additional 5 minutes for the serving time. The dishes were served at the same time. They loved what they eat but we cannot enjoy it since we're in a hurry. It was served 1AM. The meat in Afritada was tender, the burger steak is thick and yummy. The gravy is a bit watery. I wish their Chicken Cordon Bleu has more cheese in it (Iceberg's Cordon Bleu became my standard Cordon Bleu), and softer meat. It's taste was ordinary for me. The veggie sides are tasty. Good food but the service needs improvement. No service charge. I hope this issue will be addressed

It feels chill + cozy upon entering Sauceria because of the blue lights and groovy music. This underrated place can be found along the strip of Tuscany beside Chicken and Beer. If you walk along, you will not really notice this place at first because it's kinda dark and the there are not enough visual advertisements outside. My friend and I decided to eat here because there's nobody there that time and we wanted to chat comfortably. The place was small even if they have second floor. The staff is very attentive to our needs. The music was not that loud that's why you can chat without shouting. I was surprised by how good the food was! The korean beef stew was tender and really tastes authentic. It's somewhat oily but the tasty veggies made up for it. The chicken thigh boneless was good! I loved the sauce that came with it. They have interesting pizzas here. We tried the Char Siu/Roast Pork pizza and it's really delicious! I was surprised that it has ripe mangoes on top, and it really goes well with the other toppings. I will definitely order it again.I was suppose to rate it 3.5, but the serving time took so long! We just didn't bother about it because we were busy catching up and enjoying the music. I hope this can be addressed soon. There's no service charge. Will I return? Definitely yes! :)

We had a farewell party here for our colleague. Ambience is good. But the place is a little bit of a nook. But a great place to just unwind.I don't have food photos. Just aesthetic of the place. 😅😂📷
