I am always a fan of Sarsa. I enjoy all the food options that they have. This was my first time to order food via website delivery. I ordered Chicken Paa, Isaw and Cansi. I was empressed on how the cansi was packaged neatly and they made sure it will not spill. The rice serving was good which I over ordered cause I imagined single serve cup rice. The Isaw is always my favorite, they were perfectly cooked and crunchy or 'tigi' the way we ilonggos like to call it. I was disappointed that they miss to include the sauces for the chicken (soy sauce, vinegar and chili). The meal did not feel complete without the sauces. And was sad that they also miss to add the chicken oil. I hope they will double check the orders before they leave the resto.

Tastes like home. Sarsa is our go to place when we miss our hometown Bacolod, because of its food choices and its Negros vibe.Likes: We usually order Pork Sisig (it has crunchy texture), Grilled Squid (perfectly grilled paired with sauces), Crispy pata (crunchy skin and soft meat), Chicken Inasal, Kansi Steak, and Batchoy. All of them taste good and fresh, no complaints. Two thumbs up for the ambiance, comfort room is clean, and it has friendly and well trained staff.Dislikes: What I didn't like was their Kansi because the meat served to us was not that soft. I expected a beef shank with some fatty part of the beef that we call "Kantaw" in Bacolod, but the broth was ok. I like that they use Batuan in it. Kare-kare was ok but I think it lacked peanut taste.Price: It's a little pricey to dine here but with quality of food and great service makes it worth it. This is a must try.Suggestions: I wish it has addition choices of beers, improve my favorite dishes Kansi (softer beef) and Kare-Kare (have more peanut taste).

Had lunch here with teammates. We ordered tha monggo, laing, adobo, isaw, sisig and batchoy.Presentation for all dishes is good, but taste was a hit and miss. Majority of the food was mixed with a generous helping of chicharon. The portions felt small for the price :/Sisig - was good remind's me of another restaurant's version but with bigger meat chunksBatchoy - was okay, not bad or good just okayMonggo - the dried fish mixed in the monggo was overwhelmingly salty, I couldn't taste any other food properly after that.Isaw - really good, the intestines were thin and crispy, different from the normal and chunky isaw I'm used toAdobo - was okay a bit tough on some cuts but okay.Laing - okay.

Their Inasal brought me back to to Bacolod! It's really really good even without the condiment. The Kare-kare plus the ginanos is a win but the beef could've been softer. I didn't quite get the taste the taste of the Twice-cooked Pork Belly but it's not bad.

Looking for a place to have my dinner before proceeding to an event and I chose The Forum because it has ample parking at the back of the building. Sarsa Kitchen + Bar was the only Pinoy resto. The staff were welcoming and accommodating.. I browsed the menu and I ordered Inasal Pa-a (Php185.00), Liempo Pork Adobo (Php320.00), Steamed White Rice (Php32.00), House Blend Iced Tea (Php65.00) and Sago’t Gulaman (Php75.00). The Inasal doesn’t look visually enticing but it was far more delicious than the popular ones. The Adobong Liempo was also delicious but with “umay” factor, but still I enjoyed my dinner. Looking forward to try their desserts “tam-is”...

Ordered some Sisig and Kalabasa here plus the Bagoong Rice. Sisig is quite similar to Manam's, just chunkier. Kalabasa was quite good, but not something I will really crave for. Overall, a good dining experience since the servers are quite attentive but with the price tag, I would have higher expectations and would expect to be really wowed by the dishes.

This place is perfect for a large group since dishes are served in large proportions. Also, service is excellent.I recommend their pork sisig and gising gising!

Sarsa's new offering is quite contrasting as they launched Hot Pinoy Ramen and Cold Ice Desserts. As you may have known Sarsa is a Filipino Restaurant that always made a twist out of your the popular dishes. So the addition of these hot and cold mix will definitely make it hard for you fo choose what to eat.So here are the dishes that we tried:Seafood Gata Batchoy - I liked the kick of gata on the usual Batchoy broth. I maybe biased because it's Gata but among the 3 this is the one I liked the most . It has the right seafood toppings. And the Lapu Lapu Fish Cake is so tasty. 😍😍😍 Batchoy Ramen - the grilled toppings definitely enhanced the Batchoy Flavor. I liked the broth's subtle taste. Of course the toppings they put in it are very generous. 😍Spicy Batchoy - They added Sarsa's very own chili paste on this Batchoy which gives it a spicy kick. I liked this one versus the original Batchoy because I love Spicy food.  😍😍So after those yummy noodles, the ice desserts were served.  Sarsa Halo Halo - this is one creamy and tasty. Indulge with Negrense Flavors. 😁  Mango Vanilla Con Hielo - you can find different versions of mango here. It has dried mango and real mango. One thing we noticed is that the real mango is not that sweet. It happens when you're using fresh ingredients.  Buko Pandan Con Hielo - buko pandan pairing is still a thing with this dessert. The simplicity of this dessert will make you want to find something extraordinary.Overall my dining experience with Sarsa is fine. I loved how Chef JP is so passionate about cooking and brought with us this nice experience of a Negrense Bistro. The new menu will certainly attracts food lovers. 😊#sarsahotandcold

“This is the best restaurant we’ve been to, so far” as per my boyfriend. I’ve never seen him so happy eating; Sizzling kansi is superb and their good customer service is also a plus. Would definitely eat there again!

I tried their Batchoy Ramen today and it tastes so wonderful!!! Sarap talaga. Di nakakaumay di tulad ng ibang mas mahal na japanese ramen! The chiken inasal and liempo ala karekare is just ok. Negative comment is that the place is uncomfortably humid. But i wil visit again to try their other dishes and.hopefully the place will be cooler by then.
