Me and my 2 friends ate here since this is near our office and also website accredited partner. Surprisingly, we were informed that we’re not allowed to use two website Accounts at the same table as per their Restaurant Policy. Quite confusing for the website Policy - you may use and avail both Gold benefits as long as there atleast 2 people on the same table.FOOD. It was okay. Nothing spectacular. We ordered Philly Pizza, Mac N Cheese and Bacon & Egg Carbonara. PRICE. quite expensive for the quality of food. STAFF. Nice and Attentive. One more thing, the restaurant is Rice and Dough but the menu they offered is from another restaurant named Torch. Really confusing. We just assumed Torch is a sister company. Definitely, not worth it.

The food here tastes like a hobo's damp sock at 2am. I would like to meet the person who decided fusing Italian cuisine and Japanese cuisine was a good idea, whoever you are I hope this is where your f&b saga ends

We ordered barbeque chicken pizza and we like it because it very cheesy and thin crust. The tastes is the normal bbq tastes. We also got the meatball spaghettini and it tastes okay. Serving is for 2 people and the ambience of the place is very cozy as you can see on my photo. They need to improve their service because when we were there it took so long for each order to go out. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and the Signature Roll.Flavor-wise, both were good with the rolls being better. Both looked decent if not a little on the pale side for the pizza. However, the pizza dough was so thin and crackly, I don't think it should be considered as pizza. The cheese/toppings were thick compared to the crust. The service was adequate and the ambience was peaceful and quiet.

Polite and accommodating staff. Serving time was around 15-20 minutes but it was worth it because the food tastes good. The ambience is good — perfect for both small and big group dining.

Expensive with a confused menu. Service is mediocre so as the food. Solo or couples always assign to small spaces even there are many more comfortable seats in the restaurant. Always saying they are reserved but you’ll finish your meal and the spaces are still unoccupied. #epicuRon

Went here on a holiday and surprisingly there were no guests inside. We were a little hesitant at first but my mom really wanted pizza that night. FOOD. Their best seller sushi wasn’t available so we opted for the jungle roll which is a kinda average compared to your usual go-to Japanese place. However other orders were really good - mighty cheese pizza, philly cheesesteak pizza, chicken alfredo and angus cheese meatballs. Mac ‘n cheese is a little bland for our taste. We ordered a total of 6 items and they were more than enough for the 5 of us. PLACE. Clean with comfy seats. Tables have enough spaces between. STAFF. Attentive and courteous.

Dined here a few days ago. We were the only group who dined (later on there's 3 tables occupied overall). We ordered medium well steaks (wrapped in bacon) and 2 of which were raw when we cut it. Returned it back and it came back with no bacon (don't know how they've forgotten it🤦‍♂️) & our companions are almost done eating as wellService is terrible. Waiters don't know what's going on in the kitchen. The manager didn't bother to escalate the issue as wellWas expecting more since their menu are not cheap

Got confused with the place. Their menu was for Torch but the name of place is Rice & Dough. I would assume that they are sister company.Food was a let down. It was a bit expensive for a mediocre food. The pizza and pasta we ordered were just okay. The sushi (Torch roll) and wings were bleh. The waiter suggested their bestselling sushi and it was a disappointment. Sushi was not prepared well and it was falling apart. It was also bland. We also ordered Asian Wings but we were not able to eat it. There was something off with the chicken. It was either not cooked well (meat was a bit purplish) or we were given an old batch. There were something off with it. We reported it to waiter but they insist it was good. I've ordered the wings before from other Torch branches but this one have a weird taste.

US Angus Beef Tenders served with Garlic Rice, Egg and a choice of Iced Tea or Coffee for 259.00, BOGO when they first opened awhile back. The tala was really delicious, good flavor and very tender. Service was friendly.
