I'm not just a fan of the meals served at Razons. The one thing I love is their halo-halo dessert. They will have a different method of serving it possibly because of how slim the ice will be shaved. The normal "sahog" will be all there, but it'sthe ice is why is it different.

A very important factor about their halohalo will be that they have the very best shaved ice there's. But overall, their cafe is merely average. I just dine in because of the halohalo.

Halo-Halo may be the iconic Filipino crushed snowfall dessert. Razon's does an excellent job of using 3 simple substances: sweetened boiled banana bits, macapuno (a kind of coconut that's dense and sweetened) and carabao (drinking water buffalo) milk, within ice. Silvana is really a single helping ofsweetened lotion sandwiched between two cashew-meringue crackers. Oh so excellent! Furthermore serves traditional Filipino breakfast fare: Tapa (cured beef), tocino (cured pork), garlic rice (sinangag), egg (itlog). (In Filipino parlance: tapsilog and tocilog)
